You would expect some level of service given the prices they charge, but they really are unwilling to make any concessions to modern technology. They won’t allow you to place orders over the phone or by email (to save waiting hours for a bow to be made) and any time you stop in expect to spend at least an hour there. They can be quite snotty. That being said, they do have beautiful products.

You expect good customer service at Ivy Nursery — since customers do pay a premium at this establishment. Not so. I walked out today and left my $ 300 worth of plants behind. Too bad.

absolutely breath taking. amazing selection! I literally have no problems finding what i need, they are very helpful, and they have an incredible amount of plants i have never even heard of.
