I had to wait in line for over 10 minutes, along with at least 6 other customers, as there was only one cashier that never called for backup. While she was courteous, I can’t believe that she wouldn’t ask for help in checking out. Perhaps they were understaffed, but from reading the other reviews, I’m surprised they don’t try to hire more people. The store was a bit depressing and looked outdated, and I will not be coming back here again, especially since there is a Michael’s in the Barracks Road Shopping Center.

Looks matter. This store looks like it hasn’t been updated since it opened (whenever that was, but surely a very long time ago), and is always kind of messy. They never seem to have enough staff here, and they’re not particularly friendly, either.

Sterling, VA
Came here around 3 – 4 pm. Only one lady working. She was NOT nice. Do I have to beg you to measure and cut one roll of fabric for me?
This location has a nice variety of fabrics, but compared to one of the stores in NoVa, this location was much pricier even if the fabrics were «on sale.» And the employees elsewhere are much nicer too. I think I’ll just stick to buying fabric at Walmart or somewhere else.
