Went here twice in one week because this place is awesome! There’s plenty of room to jump, but they recommend making a reservation just in case. The foam pit can get a little crowded just because only one person can go at a time. Also, the ninja warrior course is another place where you might find yourself waiting if you go during a busy time. Both are a lot of fun though and definitely worth trying. I also think there’s a college night with reduced admission, but I’ve only gone during the day so I’m not sure.

I cracked my L3 vertebrae and strained all the muscles in my left back. But honestly, I love Jump Cville and will probably go back– just know what you’re capable of and watch out for little kids. The dodgeball, foam pit, basketball and regular trampolines are all a blast and it is a great work out!

I took 3 kids to Jump(ages 6, 9, and 10). I was a little afraid that they might get run over by the teens and adults, but everyone was super polite. The 6 year old was in the dodge ball area and got beamed. One of the employees checked to make sure she was okay. He high fived her and let her hit him with a ball which got her laughing and playing again. The 9 year old hurt himself by being a bit over enthusiastic on the basketball hoops. An employee checked on him and offered him some ice. He really didn’t need any. He was back to playing in about 3 minutes, but the care in both cases reassured me a lot. The staff is terrific. There is plenty of place to jump. It was clean. There wasn’t a line at all. It was easy to get in and out. The shoe storage area was adequate. The bathrooms were clean. The music is high energy and fun which adds to the atmosphere. I’d definitely go back.

I brought 4 kids here and they loved it(Ages 6, 8, 10, 14). There is a dodge ball area, huge jump area, basketball, and an area with a large foam pit. I did not mind the chairs. I thought they were comfy enough. There is free wifi. Could add to their quite small arcade section. There is an air hockey table.

The jumping area is very nice; my two twelve-year-olds had a blast and used up lots of energy. The facility(the old Carmike 6 movie theater) is clean and pleasant. My biggest complaint is the lack of comfortable seating for non-jumpers: a choice of hard plastic chairs or a bench.

WE had my son’s 9th birthday party here. The trampoline’s were great. It is very clean well lit and they have a strict number of people allowed in at one time so there is always plenty of room to jump. However I would not recommend spending the money on the birthday party. The cost for the party is $ 300 for 12 kids(15 for each extra). That only includes 1 hour of jumping. That is way too much for what you get. The party room was a mess when we got there from the previous party. They said the party would include paper products and it did but I had to keep reminding them to set up the table. They also said you get water and Gatorade. This means that you get two large sports coolers. No ice was provided and the Gatorade was water down powdered. The party«host» was totally ridiculous. He spent most of the time apologizing but never really fixed anything. He never engaged with the kids and actually forgot who the birthday child was twice and introduced himself to me 3 times(kept forgeting i think). In all honesty I think this place has great potential. I think they may be getting their feet under them. However, bad business marks for them. The best way to get future business is from parents who attend the parties. I know that the parents who came to the one I hosted were not impressed. If you are thinking about using them for a party I would recommend going and checking out first to see if it has improved. Next time I would just take the kids to jump then go somewhere else for dinner. Would have saved me $ 100.
