I went in to purchase some trousers for work and the sales associate taped me and presented me with the color I asked for and multiple choices. It was a good day to shop. You buy one, you get one free. Also purchased some nice shoes. Satisfied customer.

My husband and I went pick up our grandson’s tux and the sales lady was awesome! She was knowledgeable and very helpful! While we were there my husband was able to purchase 3 sports coats at a really reasonable price and 8 ties! Again the sales associate was very helpful and so pleasant. I do believe she actually likes her job and it showed! It was a pleasure shopping there!

On May 312012 I arrived at this Men’s Warehouse. I have visited this chain on many occasions — but this was my first time at this particular location. I walked in and was promptly greeted by a sales person. I told him exactly what I needed, 19−34÷35 shirt in yellow. He walked over to the shirt section and said«Sorry, we don’t have yellow, how about purple instead?» I considered the idea, and quickly agreed that purple would be fine. I checked the price tag…$ 85. I recognized the brand of shirt which was«Joseph & Feiss.» I told the salesman that I owned several of these shirts… in fact, I had bought some just 2 months ago in Pittsburgh for $ 49. He could not offer an explanation as to why the price had suddenly increased from $ 49 to $ 85. I told him«Look, I can go to the mall and buy a Polo/Ralph Lauren dress shirt for $ 69, and I can order custom tailored shirts from Hong Kong for $ 79…why are you charging so much for what is basically a no-name brand?» Again, he did not have an answer. He did eventually tell me that«all of their shirts are $ 85.» So, if you want to spend $ 85 on a no-name shirt… and God only knows what they charge for suits, be my guest. Terribly over-priced!
