pretty much has the most inconvient hours ever. they close at 5, not open on weekends, and more than once I’ve gone there during the day to find them closed for vacation or such. I get it’s a family owned business, but are there no other associates to take walk in sales or for order pick ups?
I love monogramming things and they have a great selection for in store purchases, but the location and terrible hours lead me to go somewhere else (usually online). I wish they were in the Barracks area or even the new stonefield.
The work the shop does for items I’ve brought in is great, but can’t get past the bad location and hours.
