After writing the review, the owner called the next day to speak with me. He was very gracious and did not make excuses for the issues of obtaining an estimate for replacing our sewage pipe. He showed up the next day and again was very apologetic concerning the confusion over the quote for replacing the pipe and did explain all that needed to be done. Gave a quote and answered all questions.

Showed up on time. Accessed the problem and went right to work. Drain cleared and we are happy. Great communication with their office.

Excellent experience with Roto-​Rooter. I had several small plumbing jobs to be done in a bathroom, and thought I may need to wait a while for an appointment. I was able to make the appointment for the very next day. Greg arrived and I was highly impressed with his professionalism and diligence in being absolutely certain that everything was done perfectly before he left. I will likely not ever need to search for a different plumbing company after this very positive experience!

Our 65 year old shower was making an awful groaning sound so we finally decided to replace it. The receptionists at Roto Rooter fit us into Jeff’s busy schedule within a couple of days, called the night before to remind us, then called the next morning to say that he was on the way. He worked fast and efficiently and informed me every time there was an unforeseen issue. Everything works and looks great. We couldn’t be happier with the process or the end result.
The price MAY have been a bit high, but it was almost exactly what the written estimate stated. I don’t bother getting estimates from other companies any more since Jeff has been our plumber for almost 10 years now. I know he’ll always do the job right, will keep the house as clean as possible, and will stay as long as neecessary. He’s the consummate professional.

We really appreciate the prompt service. We had a clog causing the tubs to not drain. It was an urgent request and we really appreciate that a Roto-​Rooter was able to come out and service us right away. The work took quite long to fix and the plumber required additional help but was able to fix it at the end. Price was higher than we had initial thought it would be but can’t complain since they were very prompt. Highly recommend.
