I may not love the reliability of the Sprint network, but i have to say that the level of service from the Sprint team at the store was stellar. Jim is the store manager and went above and beyond to tackle several issues that arose while upgrading a phone, and did it with a smile. I am grateful for his level of service and expertise.

Spent over an hour to upgrade phone. And no other customers in the store. I looked at JBL and Harmon Kardon wireless speakers while mother in law was being sold her phone. Five sales people sat in the store playing on their phones and no one offered to assist me with speakers. Probably explains why no customers are in the store. I will never go to Sprint for my phone service.

I am a long time sprint customer and I can say the last visit to the charolettsville store was enough for me to leave the company. The staff could not have been more rude, the wait time was unbelievable, and I didn’t even get my phone repaired after making the trip of over 45 miles one way! The associate I was dealing with was uneducated, and lazy. I felt uncomfortable and stupid because of the way he was talking to me. I will never go back to sprint because of one«manager»
