Best place to grab a great sandwich! Everyone that works behind the counter is awesome! The delivery drivers are the best! I walk in and they already know my order! ALWAYS clean and inviting! I can count on a great experience every time.

Mediocre at best. I usually like Jimmy John’s because they are not stingy with the ingredients. This one is the exception. It was more like eating at Subway than JJs. Spoke to manager and she was very rude about it all and didn’t even offer to fix my sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the local sandwich shops.

Sandwich was so poorly made with so little substance that I thought I was at Subways. Jimmy Johns in general is usually much better than this.
Called to complain and the manager on duty was very rude.

Really fast. Good quality. Sometimes they goof on special orders and they do have a limited choice of toppings and cheeses. A fee for delivery (to my coworkers, this doesn’t replace the tip) so plan on that. A good choice in the chain sub market.

Totally worth the hype!
Lots of my friends have told me about the wonders of Jimmy Johns, but due to my geographic location for most of my 26 years on Earth, I haven’t been in close proximity to experience the wonders of these GOURMET sandwiches.
…but that all changed — just this week — as we moved to Charlottesville, VA.
Now, we live within a mile of JJ — so hubs and I met for lunch there today! I had the veggie sandwich (#6 I believe) which features a yummy combo of provolone, avocado, veggies (even alfalfa sprouts… Mmmmmm!) all on AMAZING french bread.
…but if you’ve been to a JJ, you already know that.
As far as this location is concerned specifically, it is really new and clean, and the employees were all very friendly. I’ll be back…
