Many thanks to Adam who has helped me numerous times unfreeze my phone and get it replaced when it stopped working.

Steer clear of this place unless you are looking for incompetence and dishonesty.
When I bought my iPhone some months ago and switched over from AT&T, I did so relying on the promise of the staff of this store that I had a few days to try the phone and Sprint service, and that I could return my phone and cancel my service without penalty during that window.
As it turns out, I discovered that I had very poor Sprint reception at my office and decided to return my phone within the allotted time. When I arrived at the store, I had been carrying the phone in a bag with a water bottle. Because a few drops of water had fallen onto my phone in the store, the customer service rep told me that I had irreparably harmed my phone, and that I could no longer return it or cancel my service. I of course found this hard to believe, but after arguing about it for a good long time, left the store in disgust.
I subsequently learned, days later, and after innumerable phone calls to Sprint, that the iPhone contains, effectively, a piece of litmus paper that allows one to determine whether the phone has suffered water damage. The employees of this store did not check the litmus paper or suggest this as a possibility. By the time I discovered that they had duped me into accepting a phone with inferior service, Sprint told me that I had no remedy.
In addition, my wife and I have returned to the store on multiple occasions to make changes to our plan. Time and again, store employees promise to make changes or solve problems, and fail to do so.
I am frankly surprised these folks are still in business.

The store right next door to Chilis. Went on a Sunday, 10 mins before closing. Great tome to go. A Sales Rep named Nick T. helped me out. I told him what I wanted and that’s what he gave me. Also told me that my plan is old school and thy the new plan that covers the same plan is gonna save me some a lot of bucks $$$. Great Customer Service.

This is a Sprint contractor. I was very happy when I got my initial contract several years ago. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But when I went back to renew, the staff had changed. The new staff was completely inattentive. As I was being waited on the gentleman waiting on me continued to talk to a fellow employee about what they were going to have for lunch. «I’m not sure what I want… My doctor says not to eat animal products… I ate there yesterday…» It was as if I was not there. The tag on his shirt said manager. I could not believe it. The final straw was when a coworker transferred a call to him and he picked it up without a thought. As I walked out he said, this will only take a minute. Too little too late. I guess 3 iPhones are not worth the trouble.
The real Sprint Store is only a short ride down the road. They were very happy to have my business.
Sadly, poor customer service is becoming the norm.
