As far as Verizon stores go, this one is as good as it gets. Rashad was awesome! He is super helpful, friendly, polite, and he even encouraged me to explore some cheaper options for replacing my phone before selling me one. In the short time I was there(probably like 45 minutes) the staff had to deal with two furious customers. One woman literally screamed«VERIZONSTINKS,» as she stormed out the door. The entire store was privy to her myriad of issues, and none of them sounded like they were problems that were caused by or could be solved by the store’s staff. To me, it makes it extra impressive that the staff was still so patient and kind, despite dealing with a lot of frustrated people. Also, I came in here last year, and the staff was different and noticeably not as good. The reviews posted over a year ago probably aren’t recent enough to be reflective of the current level of service you will find here!

Really surprised at the bad reviews here. Husband and I went there last Friday. Dean greeted us at the door and went out of his way to help. Very informative, friendly and professional. Only had one of the phones we wanted in stock so he set it up and activated it for my husband and ordered one for me. Mine arrived on Monday, as promised, and even though I arrived 15 minutes before the store was supposed to close, Steve said, no problem and stayed late to finish setting my phone up. Excellent customer service from everyone in the store!

I am giving 5 starts to Marvin, who helped me for around 2 hours tonight in the verizon store. While helping me, he opened the entrance doors for other customers and attended to them and I as much as possible. I can’t believe it took that long for my iPhone 6 to reconnect to the verizon network, and he almost ordered me a new one, until it suddenly worked at the last minute. He is an all around nice and polite employee… even when I wanted to scream at the customer service rep on the phone he was polite as ever. Good job Marvin… If anyone deserves a raise, you do!

I arrived to ask some simple questions regarding my Iphone 4S. No cars in parking lot, and no customers in the store. 5 employees in sight, not looking busy. Great I think, someone has time to explain a few things to me. I am not an particular noobie to the phone tech world, but having used my apple ID for my husband’s new Iphone(which no one told me the consequences of) I have since found all my information is going to his phone. I wanted to find out how to unlink my account to his phone. I had to probe to get answers. All the while, the gentleman answering was looking at his Ipad, doing something. How do I un link my ID to his phone? «hard reboot it». How do I do this myself? «go to settings, click reset to factory settings». Won’t that erase all the info on the phone? «yes». Can’t I keep the contacts that I have backed up? ie on Itunes? «yes, but it depends, they might all still be combined with your contacts too» It continued like this. Really? Is this good customer service? When no one else is in the store, and there are three people standing behind the counter, I was hoping to get someone who could really be helpful and explain the process. IE make sure his contacts are backed up through the VZ backup asst, then save all the pictures to you computer, then separate the accounts by getting a new Apple ID and downloading Itunes to his computer and backing up his phone to that first. After probing for a few minutes, it was clear he was too busy to really help out. I expressed my disappointment that no one had warned me of this problem when we bought the phone from them and they it up with my Apple ID. No response, from anyone behind the counter. I have been to this Verizon location several times. Each time, it has been a disappointment in customer service. The Verizon on Rio Road is MUCH better! I wished I had gone there today, but this one is more convenient. I’ll never go again. Verizon should know, and my next step is to contact the manager.
