So disappointed at the customer service. Was told they would be out to look at a broken furnace at our rental property between 10 and 12. we arrived at exactly at 10 — waited for 2 hours and had to call the office to find out that they had arrived at 9:30 and left because of course we weren’t there! Could have called us anytime between 9:30 and 12 to let us know but of course they didn’t.

I contacted Meacham about converting my oil boiler to gas. Brian from Mecham came out and looked at my boiler and said I would get a quote for all possibilities from him after I have an energy audit done (which approves me for a 0% loan from
).
I scheduled the energy audit and Brian was going to visit me the same day to go over the quotes for replacing the boiler, putting a new oil tank in, or converting the existing boiler to gas. Brian never came or called that day. I called and left a message with Meacham and eventually they called back and re-​scheduled an appointment with Brian. Once again he did not call and he did not show up for the appointment that I took time off of work to have with him.
They never sent me the quotes via email even though they asked for my email address and I have never heard back from them since leaving another message about having missed the second appointment.
I get the impression that if you seem like you might convert your existing boiler instead of purchasing a new expensive one (with a big loan) then they move on and don’t bother to call.
I have since contacted another local plumber who is very busy this time of year. They have given me a quote, and scheduled a boiler conversion in less time.

Had a great first experience with Chris Sullivan at Meacham. Boot covers entering the house — my wife was not there to appreciate that! Great maintenance offering from Michelle Kelly to get on a regular preventative maintenance schedule. Knowledgeable integrated team and careful documentation on a wireless tablet for immediate followup scheduling, estimating and billing. Will update stars when we get further in with these guys if they continue to deliver.

We have purchased multiple products and services from Meachum including a commercial dehumifier and a new hot water heater along with our propane. This is a great company I highly recommend.
