General Mechanical Contractors, Inc

I found General Mechanical to be incredible. Very professional. Neat. Polite. Not what I’ve been getting lately from many people doing work on my house.
In addition, here’s a great story…
They broke one of my mezuzahs (the thing many Jews hang on their door posts). They really apologized, and felt so bad. I said, no big deal! The next day, I looked at and thought that if they had a glass cutter, I could actually fix it and salvage it (it was from Israel, so if I could save it, I’d rather that). I figured with all the equipment they had going in and out of the house, they could fix it in 2 seconds.
Today, one of the guys told me that he went online and ordered me a new one. Paid for it out of his own pocket. He didn’t even know what a mezuzah was, but he looked it up to figure it out, and ordered me one. Holy cow! So nice.
That’s GREAT customer service.
