well after spending over $ 1,000 in in new roller, springs and railing for both of my garages, i called i PDR to see if they could send a repair man over to fix my garage door opener and they said since i didn’t buy it from them they weren’t going to fix it even though i just spent over a grand with them on the other stuff which was a rip off to begin with. stay away from this shady company
