Crooked Pint Ale House

I really want to like and the Mister really wanted to hate. We both agree wait time to get seated sucked, especially when I had to go point out tables were opened. However, bar tenders were quick and servers were efficient. Food was really good. Homemade tots good and best Cuban in area, including Hazeltine. Spicy heat Lucy was okay, fries are alright. Overall, not sure if it’s worth the price of nature taken away.

Very well done new spot in Chaska, MN. It is a beautiful place with a very nice and spacious bar/​restaurant. The food is priced on the high scale for bar food but everyone enjoyed their selections. Prime rib, burger, walleye, salad and curds. Nice and we’ll run new establishment. One question… what is curling all about?

The first time I went, it was pretty good. The second was ok. Today was terrible. The Thai steak salad was drowning in dressing & the steak was so tough, it literally wasn’t edible. Our waiter, Willie, was nowhere to be found. I like the unique atmosphere but next time I’m in the area, I’ll drive past The Crooked Pint and head over to Cuzzys!

Awesome juicy lucys… go with the Beer Cheese or the Sweet Heat. Really cool atmosphere and great service. Love watching the live curling too!

This is a nice addition to Chaska. Watching curling while having a quality dinner/​lunch/​brew can’t be beat. There are plenty of TVs for everyone who isn’t already gazing through the huge glass walls at the curlers.
The food is better than average and the variety of beers on tap is quite extensive. I think with more time and continued support, the Twisted Pint will get even better.

I really like the atmosphere and the beer selection but the bartenders don’t know anything about drinks and the food isn’t great. It’s kinda greasy and bland. But I had the best Bloody Mary there in my whole life. I’ll give it another try.

The craft beer selection is great! But, myChicken Pot Pie was so bland and had crunchy vegetables that I asked the bartender for salt and pepper! I’m going to take it home to flavor it up to see if I can finish it. I’m starving! I would not come back for the food but the atmosphere it a lot of fun. My husband wasn’t thrilled with his Pepperoni Lucy Burger but he ate it all, however, he didn’t finish the fries because the were very mealy.

I really wanted to like this bar/​restaurant. On a Tuesday night, we waited 45 minutes for a table. Then we waited 50 minutes for our food. No updates along the way from the ambivalent server. The kitchen got the order completely wrong. I have talked to three other couples who have eaten here and they all had bad service as well.
Update: the management asked me to email them with more details and I did so 8 days ago. No response from them.

Neato! So, being from Arkansas I’m not too studied up on this whole curling thing, but this restaurant/​bar is built with giant windows that overlook the curling… arena? Pretty interesting if your face isn’t already glued to one of many TVs in the establishment. So, first off there’s a great local beer selection which makes my heart sing (and liver weep), also wine, spirits and happy hour specials! Okay, Crooked Pint, you have my attention. I came here shortly after a light dinner, so food wasn’t the main focus, but I was talked into some fried cheese curds by my significant other. I would tell you how good they were, but it’s fried cheese with ranch to dip so if you’re not salivating by now at my low brow palate, I don’t know what to tell you. There were many different juicy Lucy options on the menu, as well as sandwiches, wraps and salads. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area to investigate further.
Minus one star because our server was weirdly perplexed by my out of state drivers license and it’s not yet expired expiation date… and the fact that she disappeared 20 minutes into our stay, dropped the check and was never seen again. Don’t worry, we still tipped 20%.

Good beer selection, ambiance, and a nice addition to Chaska. But come to find out most if not all of the entrees are frozen (pre-​made) and simply heated up. If the food quality improves this place would be golden, but currently their food is their downfall.

This place is very cool. Our service was excellent. The food was very good and they have a great menu. There is a cool outdoor entertainment area that will be great for summer. I don’t know much about Curling but I think it would be fun to watch. Try the homemade tator tops and the giant pretzel.

This place is solid. It’s a chain, but a chain we didn’t have in the SW burbs (chains aren’t my fav). My wife and I took advantage of a generous happy hour offer ($ 4 Summit drafts). We had the tater tot app. They were good, if you’re not on a diet. For entrees we did Asian tacos and beef enchilada hot dish. Both were solid and flavorful. The complaint on quantity is unfounded in our opinion. The atmosphere is very fun with the adjacent curling arena. The beer tap selection was also top notch.

Great best selection, nothing adventurous but good. The pizza was very good and was not shy with the flavors. A little pricey for what is available. Just amped up pub food. I would expect something more adventurous for the pricing. I’ll come back to try the burgers.

This is a really nice place great ambiance. The food is good but honestly not enough for the prices. I understand keeping the rift raft out but what about the locals? 6 dollar burger from 11 – 2 is cool. Service sucks half the time I’ve been and have had a couple friends get screwed on their order. As in o shit the waiter forgot to put in the order. I wanted to give this place 4 stars after my first 2 visits but my last two have been worse than 1 star.
