I’m stuck with going here because of my insurance. But the staff is astoundingly incompetent. Every month I tell myself they’ll figure out how to do things professionally, but they repeatedly surprise me with new incredibly stupid customer service failures. I like my doctor. If you have to go here, come on weekends when the office is staffed by the Summit Overlook personnel. They are excellent, professional, friendly — It’s like night and day, incredible difference.

Very rude receptionist. I will find a different practice because the last thing I want is to deal with rudeness every time I need to make an appointment, talk to a doctor, etc. I’m sorry if I annoyed you by calling to make an appointment.

NEVER will I ever even attempt to call this place again. I wanted to schedule a physical, so I called to get it scheduled. I know physicals have to be scheduled pretty far in advanced, so I was expecting it. However, the woman on the phone simply said (in an extremely nasty tone) «Well, it’s not going to be until March.» When I asked if there was anything else she said simply «No.»
I guess this place doesn’t want new patients.

15 minute phone hold times? Dr never returns your call with your xray or blood test results? Not exactly a «family practice». Also, many of the «doctors» are not MDs.

The adminstrative assistants in the office are extremely polite, even though they put on hold for a very long time. Dr Sharma is the worst doctor that I ever seen. She has NO bedside manners and is very unresponsive to the verbal report that I was giving her on how I was feeling. It seems like that she has her mind made up on the diagnosis from the nurse’s report. I cannot wait until Summit Medical starts taking my insurance again in June!

I love my doctor! She is occasionally a bit clumsy with her instruments, but she makes up for that in personality.
