We went here on August 24th around 7:00PM and the store was closed. For an ice cream place to be closed during these hours in the summer is unacceptable. The ice cream here is very yummy, but they need to work on speeding up the line. It’s difficult to keep going here when the service is unreliable, even though the quality of the product is great. Hopefully, they get things right and stay in business.

Decent cleanliness but not great. Ice cream is sometimes a little melty when scooped. Hours not always accurate– today they were closing early at 4, came by at 3:40 and the doors were already locked. Not the best cold stone location but it is conveniently located.

I love ice cream so much! How can u mess it up? Hello! First off let me say that I came here 4 times before I wrote this review. Why? Because I love ice cream and it’s so close to home! But anyway, each time was a huge fail. Strike one– You always give me my ice scream super soft served. Like more watery than a milk shake. Strike two– You never wash your hands before you serve and I watched you mop the floor before serving me and playing with your phone. In addition I don’t think your cell phone should be on the icing stone at any time! Strike three– Your shop closes at 10:00pm, but you put the stone away at 9:15 and were unable to mash up my ice cream. You also denied me like 50% of all the ingredients so I paid the same amount for a ball of ice cream in the flavor of whatever you had left. You’re out!

Prices outrageous, but sweet kid staff, generous helpings, and really fresh, good ice cream.

The concept is simple. They give you delicious, creamy ice cream with an assortment of «mix ins». Mix ins can be oreo cookies, peanut butter cups, gummy bears, graham crackers… and so on. Yes it’s ridiculous. They have signature creations which make it even harder to decide what you want. I either go with The Pie Who Loved Me(cheesecake ice cream, oreo cookie, graham cracker pie and fudge) or Peanut Butter Cup Perfection(chocolate ice cream, PB, Reeses PB Cups and fudge). Whatever your fancy is, they will make it. It can be a little costly to not only your health but your wallet but who cares! :-) I also must admit the service was really good. ENJOY!

Creamy ice cream haven… don’t think about saving calories like I did. I could only fool myself and opted the kiddie cup to tamper the damage… the salted caramel flavor is luscious — sweet and salty —yum! Have ordered a cookies and cream birthday ice cream cake for 15 – 18 people– about $ 46…yes.hefty price but go to Costco to get discounted gift cards and look in newspaper for a $ 3 off coupon. This cake was rich and delicious! Truly a treat! Only one person on staff during the winter but if a buck load of kids come in, I would imagine service will slide.

What’s bad about creamy, delicious, flavorful ice cream that then has your favorite candies smooshed into it? Yeaup. NOTHING. I love Cold Stone. I looooooove the cake batter. Toppings vary by visit :) Even the shakes are good. I’ve had the chocolate peanut butter one and haaaallo, yummmaaaay. Leave your calorie checker at the door and indulge yourself.

Great place to take the kids after little league. The Chatham store gets crouded during the summer nights. The usually have enough help to make the line go pretty quickly. Seating can be a bit tricky when it gets buisy. The small serving size is perfect for my eight year old. I usually get the medium size and have trouble finishing the whole cup.
