This is now called Hangar B Café(same location). Fantastic! Creative, tasty, fresh, local(when possible), but pricey. We went in a group of 2& were willing to sit outside(which turned out to be a ball, watching the private planes come & go and the skydivers land) so we were sat immediately(late morning, Saturday). However, I hear if you go in a larger group or want to sit inside, you could wait an hour +/-. Personally, I would wait that long; It was that good.

The Flying Ace Café is totally off the map, but if you ask the locals where to get the best breakfast in town, this is where they’ll send you. Situated on the top floor of the Chatham Municipal Airport’s office, the small breakfast and lunch spot boasts a view of the runway so you can watch the planes while you eat. A friend recommended Flying Ace for brunch, and the joint did not disappoint. Everything is home made by the lil old lady who runs the Café(Sheila). She served up some of the best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had, complete with delicious home fries and ham thick enough to make you blush. My grandmother had the pancakes — chock full of fresh blueberries and also enormous. Home-made muffins looked great but we were too stuffed to sample them. Early bird special if you get in by 9am, but prices are still reasonable if you show up late. Breakfast is served 6am-2pm. Lunch served during the week.
