Incredible facility. Great doctors, great nurses, great office staff. Professionally run organization with friendly and caring people. They’re all part of our family.

I was in medical sells for over 10 years, specifically worked with pediatricians in all the counties in NNJ, so I have seen the good, the bad and the very ugly in practices. That being said, when it came time to pick a pediatrician for our first born, the ONLY practice I thought of was Touchpoint Pediatrics in Chatham, NJ!
Dr. Shaw and her staff are highly professional and up-​to-​date with the latest medical news/​information. Besides being well-​knowledged, Dr. Shaw and her staff are caring and compassionate. They understand the needs of their patients — the children — as well as of the parents. For example, if you want to spread out your child’s vaccines, they understand your concerns and agree with the choice of spreading them out on different visits. They let you decide that as the parent and don’t make you feel uncomfortable about your choices!
The doctors are always available even on holidays. If your child is sick, they have same day appointments.
The office is large and clean with a divided sick and well waiting room. Also, there is a parking lot.
I have recommended family and friends and they too are very happy with their choice of Dr. Shaw as their pediatrician!
