McDonald’s

Writing this review because this McDonald’s always messing up my order. This is probably the 5^th time they forgot some items i ordered. Never going to this mcd. F the food, not worth driving back to get missing items.

Went to drive through last night ordered two mcdoubles, one mozzarella sticks, one mchicken, one large fries, and a fillet-​o-​fish pattie a la carte to be put inside my mchicken. The cashier was brief and efficient.
When I pulled in for the pick up food window the gentleman informed me they were making a fresh batch off fries and there would be a slight wait on my order. While waiting a few minutes the gentleman at the window checked in on me again telling me my order was almost ready. I was handed my good and drove home.
When I got home there was no mchicken pattie inside my burger. I called the McDonald’s and was promptly answered. I explained what happened to the same gentleman who handed me my food. He sincerely apologized, said he remembered mine and my order, letting me know that he would leave a note for a complementary meal next time I dropped by.
Good communication. Efficient. Good customer service. Can’t speak for other locations, but I like this one.

If I can give them zero stars, I would. They never fail at fucking up my order. I always try to think positive– whenever they mess up I just think to myself that they’re busy or something. But this is the third time in a row. I’m a regular here because i work down the street and pick up lunch for my boyfriend. The last time they gave me 2 bottom buns — one on top & one on the bottom. Ordered a double quarter pounder today & they gave me a regular cheeseburger inside the box instead. I will never be coming here ever ever again. The chubby guy with glasses working on the drive thru has to be the rudest worker EVER. sorry you hate your job so much, but don’t take it out I your customers.

Cute location terrible service soggy froes made fresh and only milk choices in hot chocolate they dont tell you until after you paid. I cant drink milk and they wouldn’t refund me. Manager hid. Bad look.

my go to! to get my ice coffee fix! large– plain please!!! the drive thru is always fast! they are very friendly, and I always get my coffee done right! close to my job, its very convenient.

Every Monday I pump about 10 bucks into this restaurant. The place is clean, the employees are friendly, the food is delicious and the wifi works great. Unfortunately the power sockets haven’t been working these past couple of weeks where I couldn’t charge my phone. Otherwise I’d give it a 5^th star. Besides that, excellent job :)

I’m a fan of the double drive thru. The staff has always been friendly and attentive. They very rarely get an order wrong. It really is a swanky looking location with very clean interior. The grounds are kept nicely. I have no complaints. This is off topic, but I’m glad that McDonald’s has decided to do breakfast all day. This location has been booming ever since.

This is based off a few trips to this location.
Every once in awhile I get in the mood for pure junk from McDonald’s– chocolate chip cookies (EXCELLENT), plain hamburgers, and their frozen lemonade.
The drive thru lines usually move pretty fast.
McDonald’s (or Wendy’s) is often my staple when I go to a party at night, leave after 10 minutes, and get upset about how lonely I am all while craving food from McDonald’s.
–2 for 1 thing. Their frozen lemonades at this location often seem to be way too whipped for my liking. Some locations make it well, and others do not.

I don’t get the low rating here. I usually don’t like McDonalds or fast food in general, but I am regularly visiting this place because it’s clean and great quality, better than any other McDonald’s branch I have visited
The BEST McDonald’s — 5+ Stars.

This is the cleanest, most spacious and nicely decorated McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Their artisan grilled chicken is fantastic too. Go here!

Ordered 2 sausage egg Mc muffin meal. English muffins were hard and stale. Cheese was old, it had that hard wax look along the edges. Ordered two apple pies, both of them were cold.
Is hard to support a increase in pay or even this location when they sell you substandard food. We threw our meal away and had to stop someplace else. I, like most people do not have the money or time to do that.
How this be even remotely acceptable?

They forgot my daughter’s milk in drivethru after ordering a happy meal. When we discovered it wasn’t in the box we were already home. I called to give them a piece of my mind but there was no answer. They must know there’s only one reason why people call mc donalds… bs#!

I ordered 2 grilled chicken snack wraps, 10– piece nuggets, and a cheeseburger. I asked for a little cup because I didn’t want soda. It’s for my 2 kids. This was to-​go. And I usually bring milk in a cooler. They wanted to charge me for a cup. I didn’t bother asking how much because I was pissed that they would charge for it. I hope that McDonald’s continue to decline. This is going to be the last time I go to a McDonald’s in awhile, if not ever.

This is by far the worst Mc Donalds I Have Been to. I only go thru the drive thru for an occasional soft drink but the line is horrendous and they have 2 lanes. The kids they hire all have bad attitudes and or no personality and most of the time the drinks are flat. How difficult can it be to manage a very simple operation.

This location is convenient at the corner of Devonshire and DeSoto near the Chevron Gasoline Station.
Inside, there’s spacious seating.
The clientele is friendly and a this has a safe envoronment.
It’s located off of the 118 freeway, so if you’re on the 118 and needing a gas and food stop, it’s a good place to go.
The food is on par with maintaining the status quo of the known quality and value of McDonald’s.
The service was fast and friendly as well as order taking and payment processing accurate.
What more can I say? McLovin’ it?

I can’t conform to the environmental vibes that the workers at this establishment emanate. The uncultured workers refuse to treat the fries properly, a truly horrid abberation. I’ve never bore witness to the amount of lost life in search of an ideal fried fry experience. In light of these atrocious implications I hence forth denounce this specific Mac Donaldsen’s and shall abstain from any further visitation events. This «franchise» has strayed away from the common family incense that men have wept for ages for.

Whenever I need my cheat meal of the week, this 24 hr McD’s never fail me. Friendly service and food’s always good here. I always order thru one out of their two drive-​thru lanes yet never sat down here and ate. Plenty of parking.

Great clean store! Manager Selena really cares! Love the grilled southwest salad! Lots of parking on the side.

Worse McDonald EVER. Every time I go to this VERY location they always find a way to fuck up my order, it’s been so bad that sometimes I don’t even go thru drive thru just cause I know they’re gonna fuck my order up n ima have to go down anyways. If I was manager I’d fire all workers n start fresh new staff. Dont eat here unless your looking for pure INCONSISTENCY and dissapointment.

How Is it that every McDonald’s within a 10 mile radius have 2 stars?
My hubs and I have been craving flavored coffee so we ordered it when we went to ihop sunday and It was delicious! All u can drink for 4.99. Since he wont let me have it often and im tired of fighting the cravings I decided I’ll just go to McD’s before he gets home. I thought they were still $ 1 but I was wrong or mistaken. Anywho, I guess this caramel iced coffee is for the avid coffee feen cause it’s disgusting. It taste like straight coffee! It’s so strong it gave me a headache immediately. I’m pretty sure they forgot to add the caramel since my pregnant taste buds can not detect it. Maybe the worker who made it just was not good at it today… or ever. Bah well :(maybe this will kill my unhealthy cravings for coffee but it better kill his too.
