Just waited in line only to be told they don’t have change for a 50 … And then they turned me away. No signs were posted about«no bills over 20» … If a nation wide fast food chain can’t provide change for a 50 then there is deff a problem.

Also, ordered a large diet coke, 2 – 3 times more than other locations, $ 3.05 clearly this owner is out to screw everyone. Extremely horrible customer service from a woman named DULCE. This woman has absolutely no commonsense or any problem-solving skills. I used a coupon for two teriyaki burgers for $ 4.50, 3 $ 1 dollar drinks and one meatless burger for $ 1.79 yet my total came to $ 13.99. I explained to her that I was being overcharged, her only response was that’s what the register said. I explained to her the subtotal should be 9.29 before tax however again her only response was that’s what the register said. Since I was obviously not going to get anywhere with a person without any common sense, I just chose to request a full refund, and of course she proceeded to give me a full refund as she rolled her eyes at me. I have a few concerns, one is that this woman Dulce insisted she had no manager working which makes me wonder why anybody at Carl’s Jr. would think she is competent enough to work without supervision which is clearly not the case. Secondly, I am concerned about how many innocent customers have been overcharged. My advice to anybody that is planning on eating there is find somewhere else to eat and if you must go there, make sure you look at your receipt closely.

Went for fountain drinks, the diet Dr Pepper is my favorite. Sadly they were flat. Very little carbonation. Definitely not what I was looking for on a hot day. The one star was for the quick drive through service.

I give up. I ate here for the last time on 5÷4÷2015. I have dealt with the rude customer service for way too long now. There is an IN N OUT within 5 miles that the people working will say«Thank you» «Enjoy your meal» «Have a nice day» all that doesn’t ever get said to you here. I visit 3 times a week, and never ever get a smile from anyone working here. This last visit, the cashier couldn’t read my coupon & basically accused me of using one that was meant for something else. I asked for a manager & guess what?!? There wasn’t one according to her. Then she took my coupon and said«This is the last time I am going to do this for you!» She couldn’t read the coupon & treated me like I was stealing & not using the rewards I earned! WOW. I called the corporate office to complain. Guess what?!? again, she didn’t get my phone number, just wanted to know if I wanted to talk to someone else. Well, since they didn’t care enough, I don’t either. I’m done. Good luck if you go here, everyone acts pretty annoyed all the time. I had another girl working here roll her eyes at me once when I didn’t take the cream for my coffee(i didn’t ask for any). This place used to be awesome. It is not anymore. Why bother.

My boyfriend stopped by for and ordered while I was on the phone telling him what to order. Once done we hung up, within the next minute my boyfriend called me back saying they didn’t give him the onion rings we ordered and wanted to charge him for another order, so, he left pissed. Once he got home we opened the bag and there was my bacon burger, his Santa Fe and a CHICKENSANDWICHWEDIDNTORDER! It was late and I was too exhausted to call at 1am. Also, I woke up today with a stomach ache and began throwing up I didn’t think anything of it until I went to work and couldn’t stop vomiting that the food they gave me was probably sitting out for hours instead of making fresh food! Yes I understand it was late but that does not condone any of this. The service was horrible, I have food poisoning, and now I have to be out of work! So thanks Carl’s Jr of Chatsworth you have succeeded in dipping in my income! And for the guy working on 2÷15÷15 at 1am you should be fired!

Two decades ago, this was a clean, nice, tasty Carl’s Jr. I think the scene and quality has slowly gone downhill daily since then and it continues to. I don’t come here, ever, because of that. We used to drive through often after soccer games at Soccer One, though. Still, if it’s a low-grade, poor quality, cheap burger your after, you’ll love this place because there is value here. In fact, there’s often coupons for by one get one free and look at the bright spot: it’s still way better than McDonalds. If going for anything, dive into the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. We all love em as kids. Just don’t explain a clean restaurant.

Guilty pleasure, for sure. For some reason, I can’t find a jalapeño burger that compares to Carl’s. Something about that spicy, tangy sauce that goes oh-so-perfect with the beef patty and sprinkling of pickled jalapenos. Mmm… That and the criss-cut fries. YUM. Pretty good service too!

I had a very poor experience at this location. First, I ordered the Jalapeño Turkey Burger meal and they gave me the wrong sandwich — I got the Santa Fe Turkey Burger instead. I only realized because I looked at the receipt before I drove away. Then the server proceeded to argue that the Santa Fe is what I ordered and was genuinely upset that I refused to take it. They ended up giving me what I ordered, but the service was poor. But that’s not the worst part. When I unwrapped everything I found something that looked nothing like the pictures on the web site or the restaurant. I’ve never quite seen anything so flat or unappetizing. Not to mention the fries that were soggy and limp. I’m not sure it even qualified as a «meal» and was a total disappointment. I took pictures, which I’ve also posted here. While I don’t plan to go back to this particular Carl’s Jr, the one positive I can add is that when I wrote to the corporate CEO and CMO about my experience I did receive a response asking for the location details and stating they would work with them to improve. Time will tell if that actually happens…

Sorry to disappoint you Carl… first time here and it was a bad customer service experience. Not coming back to this one. I ordered the monster biscuit which includes the best of both worlds… Sausage and bacon. I don’t even know how much fat is in it but that’s ok. It’s my cheat day. Now let’s talk about the service. I ordered coffee which surprisingly they had an empty pot and I had to get the one that was sitting behind it to get my coffee so they don’t check the coffee frequently. They had no creamer on the counter so I had to ask the cashier for that. Now the food arrived and where’s the ketchup. Life without ketchup is a sin. Guess what I did… That’s right got up to get that from the cashier as well. The tables were not clean at all I had to clean my own table. Sucks! here I am right now at 5:30PM with a stomach ache and hoping it’s not food poison since I ate nothing else today.

There is not much to say about a fast food joint, but for the record, they did get our order wrong. The place is dirty. I had to go on a hunt to find a clean table. Their condiments come in plastic cups… odd. Their employees are also rude. All the reasons why I tend to stick to drive thrus. Now I know they say«If it doesn’t get all over the place, it doesn’t belong on your face» but seriously dude! I had to rearrange my $ 6 burger like 5 time. Why do they call it the $ 6 burger anyway?!? The sandwich itself is like 5 bucks and the meal is 7. so why not call it the $ 5 burger. Is it because fancy places charge 6 bucks for it?!? If that’s the case then I would rather pay extra and eat at a nicer burger joint because dirty tables are not pretty to look at. With all this said, this place is a block away so I’m probably going to be back… though I doubt I’ll eat inside.
