Linda took me as a walk-​in and I only waited a few minutes. She did a wash, cut, and style for only $ 20, and it was a perfect job! We chatted the whole time, she understood exactly what I wanted, and she gave me a cut that I’m so happy with! I’ll be seeing her from now on!

I was looking for a new hairstylist for my daughter and I and after reading all the wonderful reviews I thought this would be a good place for us and it is, Linda is wonderful and so nice my daughters first adult haircut came out beautifully we will be regulars here for sure.

Me and hubby been coming to George and Linda for over 10 years. My hubby, over 15 years. George knows how to cut all types of hair. If your picky about cut, hair color, etc., Linda’s the way to go. Linda will know what to do, and how to fix problems. Especially with color.

I have been going to Linda since 2000! Now, my best friend, my sister, my neighbor, and my mom go to her! She is extremely good with hair– especially color. I think that’s where she really shines. I have very long blond hair and she always manages to lighten the color in a way that matches my skin tone but also keeps my hair from getting too damaged. I used to be a swimmer (which is really bad for your hair) and with Linda’s help I have been able to keep my hair healthy and strong not to mention light. I’ve seen her do a strand test, to see how a color is going to turn out, and I can tell Linda really wants the best for her clients. If I could give her more stars I would! She works alongside her husband George. George is super friendly and mainly works on the guys who come in, but never hesitates to jump in and help Linda if she needs his help. Do your hair a favor and go see Linda!

I was very unhappy with my hair so I colored it myself. It came out a harsh severe black. I was really upset as my regular hair stylist had just got out of the hospital and unavailable so I Unilocaled for something nearby and thought I’d check out Shear Trends. I explained my situation to Linda. She was very attentive and showed me some options. We decided on burgundy highlights and a cut. While I was there a woman came in with a color emergency — lol– she told me she drove 10 miles out of her way to see Linda and her husband– She said she has been coming to them for 20 years, they are that good! Also while I was there numerous regulars came in– it is a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Linda was really wonderful– very sweet, caring, yet super professional and an expert at what she does. When she was done it was the 1^st time in a long time that I was really so happy with my cut and color. Linda was able to soften my look and gave me a excellent cut. Since then, I have received more compliments on my hair than I ever have. I am so happy and I think I have found a new great hair stylist!

George provides the cleanest and closest barber’s shave I’ve ever received. Always thorough. Never a rush job. They have a professional staff that provides friendly and attentive customer service. Highly recommend Shear Trends to anyone looking for a great barber or hair salon.

Wow! What can I say. Linda has been my hairdresser for over 10 years. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. The moment you walk in the door of Shear Trends Salon you are greeted by Linda and George (the owners). They are both so very nice and professional. Linda always makes sure you are completely satisfied before you leave her chair. Linda is a true artist in cutting and styling hair. She is equally great at color! I have never had a cut by George but I have seen many of his clients before and after. He is also top notch at his profession. I would like to ad that their prices are very reasonable.
