This place is full of rude bitches!!! The female employees have rude attitudes and seem to be pissed off that they have to work. This place will not get another dime of my money. The worst customer service ever! Note to the owner: there are too many Subways to choose from that have good customer service so you may want to hire a brand new staff of friendly workers if you want to increase your business.

I love subway in general. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. This place however, gets a 1 star… if I could I would give it a negative star. The employees ruin the customer’s experience of enjoying a subway sandwich. After I finish this review I will also be writing to the subway corporate office. First of all, they are rude, stingy and even hostile to customers. It seemed to hugely inconvenience them that I asked my son to order his own sandwich. ridiculous. Please have your staff take customer service classes!!!

I come here every other day for lunch i work near by and it’s the closest subway around. The subways sandwiches are as good as any other subway the only difference is that here the employees are stingy with the food. If you order any sub with onions or green pepper they sprinkle 2 or 3 on top of the entire sub(Especially the middle aged women named«Alex» she will even give you less turkey or whatever meat when she makes your sandwich) apart from that the location is good and there’s plenty of parking just be sure to ask for more of EVERYTHING when they are being stingy with the condiments.

I’ve came here before and not til this day have I found a Subway that charges .45¢ for toasting your sandwiches. Not only that I wanted I extra slice of cheese and charging me .30¢ for a little slice didn’t even give me full 2 slices. Either way disappointed that they suddenly made a these changes. Won’t be eat fresh here again.

No surprise here. Everyone knows what Subway has to offer :) I’m not a huge fan of Subway. I really enjoy their cookies more than anything else. The sandwiches are ok. I order them here and there. The one I had today was fair. Not too big on presentation here. That’s just not their thing. What I like about this location is the convenience. When I’m having a sugar craving I can come right from my desk and be here in six minutes. It’s really close to my job. They keep their eating areas and bathrooms really clean. They always reflect smiles and greetings upon entering. Those things are what keep me coming here as well ;) Nice Subway overall!

I am completely surprised. You walk in to a warm friendly greeting but then the tone completely changes and out comes the frowns as they make your sandwich. With so many places to eat right here! Ot just doesn’t make sense. One thought for the staff… No one is forcing you to work here!

Everything is good — the employees are usually friendly, although they tend to talk amongst themselves a little more than they should. The bread is the most important thing for me in the sandwich and usually they do it very well. The biggest problem with this store is that the seating area is very limited. Most of the tables are along the wall, and the sandwich line is literally right next to them. So, it’s best if you take your food to go and I think the employees just expect that most people aren’t staying. I go to this store about once a week, maybe twice. but you have to get there early because once the lunch crowd hits, it hits hard!

It’s just like every other Subway location. My veggie sub tasted exactly the same, which is always nice. There isn’t much sitting room, but I don’t think this place gets too packed.

I would like to give this place a good review. I am fairly fond of Subway in general. I almost always get the meatball sub on the sourdough french bread. The problem with this location, and EVERY other location I have been to in LA, is that they do not have this kind of bread. I do not know if LA is the only area that does NOT have it or if northern California city’s are the only ones that DO have it. This is a problem subway. fix this! I don’t go to this location that often because there are so many great places to eat in the same parking lot. I got a sandwich from here today because they have this new peperoni meatball sub. I must say that even though I knew the sandwich would be on the WRONG bread I was still a little disappointed. Now… the picture showed these nice peperoni’s just slightly folded over and lining the bottom of the sandwich. It looked very clean and it appeared to have been assembled so that the meatballs would weigh down the folded pepperoni and the pepperoni would help keep the marinara sauce from excessively soaking into the bottom of the bread.(this is just what it looks like to me) When the sandwich was made the employee just scooped the meatballs and sauce into the sandwich and tossed the peperoni on top like the toppings of a taco! It tasted pretty good though, I will give it a try the next time I am visiting family in the land of good subways.
