Really friendly servers!
Always pretty clean.
The parking lot can be a little difficult at times.
Open right next to the gym, so great that I can just walk right over after one of my intense workouts. They close a little earlier than the gym and I wish they stayed open a little past the time the gym closes… There isn’t a lot in the area open past 10pm.

When I came to subway for lunch I expected to be in and out quickly and have my sandwich done. I don’t know any subway that doesn’t know of or doesn’t have «subway vinaigrette»! I asked the girl 2 times for it and asked the cashier for it and still got regular vinaigrette! On top of that when I got to work I noticed that my sandwich was cut all the way through so everything kept falling out of each side it was like 2 pieces of bread on top of each other not like a loaf of bread slightly cut to fill in… the girl that was helping me was barley even paying attention.
Terrible but maybe I’ll give them another shot.
Also about 2 weeks ago when i came in to get a sandwich I was told they only had wheat bread. Aren’t you guys supposed to be making bread all day?

Online ordering rules. I was in an out. Food was great. Definitely will be ordering again with the coworkers

There very stingy on everything … Subway counted the olives and actually took 2 back lol… I couldn’t believe my eyes… the tuna was spread thinner than the mustard that I had put on… If u like a bread sandwich this is the place to be at… Subway is going dowen hill like McDonald’s… Too much processed crap

great experience here excellent excellent customer service and very attentive attitude. every single time i walk in i’m greeted first thing that is some top notch customer service every establishment should look at this quality and apply it to themselves. will keep coming back here for either my turkey sandwich or my tuna sandwich. thanks to the staff for the excellent service and food delivery.

The sandwich was great today, but the line was very long. But, the reason I’m writing a review is they need to rethink their policy about drink cups. I stopped in today in the middle of my lunch time walk. I decided to ask for a cup of ice with a lid so I didn’t have to carry a drink. The cup could easily tuck into my sandwich bag. I had purchased a 6″ and chips, but like I said, I didn’t want to drink. So I asked for the cup for ice and the cashier gave me the small cup for water. Ok, that’s fine if I’m staying in the dinky shop to eat. I asked for the regular cup with a lid so I could get some ice. I wanted to have some cold water when I got back to the office. She told me she would have to charge me the full price for a cup with a lid. REALLY?! I just spent $ 4.95 and you couldn’t give me a cup of ice? I was willing to pay $ 0.25−0.50 for the cup, but she refused. I told her I would give a bad review and left the shop. Chatsworth Subway, I also sent a review to corporate. Change your policy!

With so many Subways appearing almost in every block… I would definitely say that this one stands out from the rest. The customer service that they provide at this place is really excellent.
The ingredients that they also put on your sandwiches are fresh, unlike mostly other Subways where you get the old nasty looking veggies. Overall this is probably my favorite subway throughout the San Fernando Valley.

love coming to this subway. the guys here already know me and my niece. we come twice a week. staff is always friendly and the restaurant itself is always kept clean.

Went to get lunch and normally this subway is great, but there this short fat young Hispanic girl who works there which provided me the worst service ever. When I walked in and she came out so I went to the counter to order well she didn’t even acknowledge that I was there and put whatever she needed to put in the microwave in back towards me and completely ignored me, her other coworker which was in the back carrying something told her you have a customer, the girls response in the front was I know. So I asked her for a 6″ meatball marinara she was completely sloppy making my sandwich and with the meatball she shook off all the marinara sauce so I had to ask for a little extra sauce. But anyways long story short I was very disappointed in her service and the quality of preparing my meal.

$ 5 salads is where its at. Friendly staff even when they get busy.

Jared will thank me for this. I used to work in this part of town and Subway made life easy when I needed a quick bite to eat, while on the go. I usually get the Spicy Italian on Italian Herb roll toasted. My other go-to’s are tuna with pepperjack cheese or even a hot meatball sub with olives and shredded cheddar. Are you getting hungry, yet?

MmMmMmm I heart Subway. My lunch 4 – 5 days out of the week usually consist of an Italian BMT toasted from Subway.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to get all Jared up. I just love their sandwiches and prefer it over big mac or anything else really.
Service here is always superb, very nice people, prompt and always with a smile. This Subway does however get very very packed by 12:15PM during the weekdays cause of lunch hour, so try to come here before then. Ditch work a little early without your boss knowing and come back in no time!
