Bellhops

I hired two Bellhops to help me rearrange a storage unit to maximize space and move additional items into storage.
Frank and Josh were fantastic! Very polite, but also careful with my items and great at visualizing how to make the best use of space in my storage unit. They arrived on time and worked more efficiently than any movers I’ve ever used. They weren’t there to waste time and overcharge me. They genuinely seemed like they wanted to make me happy with their work and it was appreciated.
In fact, I booked them for two hours, but they finished the job in one hour and that’s all I had to pay for, so the guys got a generous tip because I felt bad they weren’t going to earn two hours pay.
If you need help with any kind of local move, getting kids into or out of the dorms at any local school, or if you’re elderly or have elderly parents, or if you’re just single and have no friends to rope into helping you move, definitely use a Bellhops crew! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Bellhop is a FIRST CLASS company! I used them to move my daughter from one apartment to another (ground floor to 3^rd floor unit).

We had to reschedule our move at the last minute, and Grace at Headquarters was so helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure we were re-​booked in our preferred time slot, even though they were full that day. The 4 Bellhops showed up on time, had smiles on their faces, and worked hard to empty our POD in under an hour. They handled all of our belongings with care, and they were very efficient. This is our second time using Bellhops, and we will highly recommend them to anyone! Fun, fast, easy, and a pleasant experience – who can say that about moving?!

Brice was awesome! He took great care with every piece of furniture, was friendly and professional. Made our move so much easier! Paying for everything online and scheduling though the website made everything supper easy!

Bellhops are great! LOVE the concept — college students earning money! This was the second time I used Bellhops — both guys were on time, were respectful to me and of my property — and worked really hard. If you are looking for help with moving, Bellhops is the place to call! JGray

I just needed help with big furnitures (bed/​desk/​couch etc.) and purchased a groupon for two movers for an hour from Bellhops. They were awesome with great attitude. I have moved couple times previously, and used different moving companies. Some movers I had definitely had a shittiest attitude ever with a higher price. My experience with Bellhops was different. The «captain» Luis and «Wingman» Sergio both really knew what they were doing. They didn’t damage any of the furnitures/​boxes I had. It was a very seamless process. definitely recommend it to anybody!

By hiring Bellhops, I was able to move my apartment in 2 hrs! The guys were very polite and did a fantastic job! I will hire Bellhops again.

I was worried about hiring movers thinking it would be an ordeal and they would throw my stuff around or haphazardly put things into my new place. I booked Bellhops because they were the best deal and I won’t ever regret it! The Bellhops were nice, punctual, patient when I had them move things around and super hard workin (and fast!!) would recommend them to anyone!

Our moving day was long and grueling but our bellhops were lifesavers for the process. Both Brandon and Eric came with big muscles and outstanding attitudes. The move took longer than expected but that was no fault of theirs. Our new place is on the third floor of an old brick building in downtown Chattanooga. Upon our arrival we found that the building’s only elevator was out of order. Not cool. Understandably, Eric and Brandon told me they’d have to pace themselves — BUT they didn’t flinch at all in getting things going. Thankfully an after-​hours repair man showed up, and about an hour later the elevator was fixed. All in all our Bellhops went above and beyond to carefully move all the items, big and small, to our new place. Most of all, their never-​quit attitudes and muscles were invaluable to anotherwise very stressful day. I would recommend Bellhops to anyone wishing not to break a sweat on moving day! Thanks!

Everyone knows that the process of moving is the absolute worst-​however, The Bellhops made moving as easy as possible. Setting up a moving time and reserving bellhops was a very simple process. I called only a week prior to my moving date and was surprised that there were readily available bellhops. I LOVED the conformation email that provided me with information on my bellhops, which also made it a little more comforting to know who I would be meeting on moving day.
When I arrived to meet them, they were actually had arrived early and had brought ME a bottle of water. They were very professional and stayed on task throughout the entire move.
Other moving companies seem to take their time moving due to their hourly rate, however the bellhops moved fast and efficiently, while taking great care to make sure my furniture was safe and unharmed! Their hourly rates were very fair-​worth every dollar!

The Bellhops made moving so easy. They were charismatic, efficient, and genuinely cared about making our lives easier. Can’t thank y’all enough. Definitely recommend. (Also, very cute)

WOW! I needed last minute moving help, and Bellhops were so easy to book online! They have the friendliest customer service I have ever talked to. The two guys who moved me out were so cute and polite! I love that the company hires students from the local community.
My favorite part was the confirmation email that sent pictures and information about my bellhops. It made me feel very comfortable.
