I got Chattanooga’s Moon Pie and to tell you the truth it was just ok, not great or amazing. Just ok. For one it did not taste as fresh as I was hoping but maybe it just wasn’t in the cards. I will try something else they make if I take them under consideration again to get some sweets.

Dear Chattanooga Bakery, I have three words that I need to tell you. I know that it’s been a long time in coming, but I just have to get this off of my chest. I think about you every day. I value our relationship, I really do. You don’t even know who I am, but I certainly know you. You are the light in my life. You are the sun in my sky. You are the love in my heart. You are the smile on my face. You are the wind beneath my wings. Oh wait, ugh, no Bette Midler references please. Those three words that I long to say? I LOVEYOU! I love you because you bring me the deliciousness known as Moon Pie. Those sweet and succulent little(300 calorie!) treats. So healthy, and tasty too. I mean, how can you go wrong with marshmallow sandwiched between cookies that is then dipped in chocolate? Provides you with all of the major food groups! A light snack that fulfills all of our human dietary requirements. I just recently discovered the wonderful world of the Moon Pie. I was born and raised in California, where fitness is not only a way of life, but an overarching obsession. Fortunately for my taste buds(and my belly), our office manager at my job is from Tennessee, and she stocked the kitchen with a box of your wonderful delicacies. And I’ve never looked back. Except to see how much bigger my derrière has grown. So here’s to you, Chattanooga Bakery. Here’s to you making me fat. And giving me the most serious sugar rushes I’ve had since I had RC Cola at the Great Western Forum as a kid(pretty much the only place in LA where they used to serve the stuff). Now can you PLEASE just make a low-cal version for us Californians? I need to fit into a bathing suit damnit! Best Regards and Affection Forever, RJ
