The worst Chili’s we’ve ever been to and it’s been that way since it opened. Has to be the worst in the chain. We hadn’t been in two years, but we thought we’d give it another shot tonight. It’s just the worst dining experience you can imagine in every way. Not going into more detail.

Yes its a chain but there is a reason it is popular. The food is pretty good and when they have specials, it well worth it. :)

I’ve picked up several large orders here — they are always missing something, dips, chips, plasticware, etc… and they can’t seem to get the food ready on time despite ordering up to 1 hour in advance. My advice, don’t use them for catering. This is not a jab at the food — it’s good — it’s the service. Not happy!

Awesome service — food was delivered quickly and accurately. Chilis food, at least in my experience, is consistent from restaurant to restaurant. I had the southwestern chicken salad and it was VERY good.
