If only there were a ZERO star! This place is DISGUSTING! We stay in dozens and dozens of hotels around the country travelling by motorcycle and car. The bed, bedding, carpet, window treatments are horrible at best. No extra roll of toilet paper. Towels are loofah mitts. Have I made my message clear?

Not a bad place. Clean room. Clean bathroom. It has a weird smell. But it’s not terrible. Lady at the front desk was super nice. The shower was really nice and clean. Didn’t like the shower head, but you can’t have everything. The location is perfect. Located on Cummings hwy which turns into beautiful hwy 11. Absolute beautiful drive. Not too far out from Everything to do in Chattanooga, but far enough away that the hustle and bustle isn’t right in your face. There are better hotels, but for the price it’s decent.

Room was OK for just a quick overnight stay on the way down to Orlando. After driving for 8 ½ hours it was a place to crash for the night and we arrived at night so nothing else to do there but just grab some quick dinner and get to sleep. The hotel apparently has gone all Non-Smoking and we selected a Non-Smoking room yet it still reeked horribly of Smoke so that kind of bothered me as I have a form of Asthma that is triggered by that. Also the A/C leaked badly in the room and I had no idea until the next morning when I realized that one of my bags that had been on the floor near the A/C unit was soaking wet. When I mentioned it to the lady the next morning at checkout she didn’t seem to really care and had an «Oh Well» kind of attitude. I had mentioned to them that they should not rent that room out until they fix it or at least tell the next person staying in that room to NOT put any of their bags down on the floor. The lady checking us in wasn’t very helpful at all when we asked what was close by to find food, she just kind of outstretched her arms and pointed in a direction and said there was food down the road, but didn’t care to elaborate. So we didn’t really feel the southern Tennessee hospitality that people rave about here, except for the staff at the Waffle house next door were super friendly the next morning. Oh, and their free breakfast is nothing more than cold cereal and coffee. Would not stay here again on a trip back through the area.

Spent one night here while passing through to the Smoky Mts. The absolute worst smelling hotel I’ve stayed in my life. The room smelled just like wet dogs. Most disgusting smelling hotel room I’ve ever slept in. I sprayed ½ can of LYSOL we had from our vehicle and it didn’t touch the smell. Couldn’t wait for the rest of the family to wake up to get out of here!

This is an OK place to stay, but nothing to rave about. The flooring is new, paint, tv, and lamps, but that’s about it. They did a poor job of fixing the walls prior to painting. You hear traffic and trains. The mountain view is nice, but the continental breakfast is not. Crayon markings on the wall, and bugs smashed on the ceiling. It’s fine in a pinch, but we don’t plan to return.
