Waited for 20 minutes after ordering. We were parked by the window and could see our shakes sitting on the counter inside waiting to be brought out for at least 10 of those 20 minutes, and of course they were completely melted when they finally got to us. We asked they be remade and of course received lots of attitude and a mumbled statement that the machines weren’t working right. That may or may not have been true but, sitting on a counter for 10 minutes sure didn’t help. He took our entire order(including 2 burgers and some tater tots) back and set it back on the same counter where it sat for another 15 minutes while we sat waiting and watching through the window while other customers were served. My husband finally went to the door to ask for a refund and was told our card never went through and to just leave. This didn’t make any sense, #1 our account is fine and we could have have paid for about 200+ trips to sonic, and #2 they were going to give us food 15 – 20 minutes earlier… with no payment? We pulled up our bank account and sure enough, there was a pending charge from sonic for $ 19.20. Took another 5 – 10 minutes to get a receipt showing the transaction had been voided. Never once talked to manager, even though we asked. Never once got any remote semblance of an apology. Definitely won’t return to this very poorly run sonic with a manager who obviously doesn’t care and rude employees who apparently either don’t know how to look at a payment log or are trying to steal from customers. Went to Wendy’s right down the street and were in and out in less than 5 minutes, fantastic friendly service, food was hot and our frosty’s were perfect!

Food was good, nothing outstanding but definitely what you would expect from this type of restaurant. Service was fast and friendly. One downside was the bathroom… I suggest you hold it until you can go somewhere cleaner!

Horrible. Just horrible. 3 melted wrong order milkshakes. Sent them back, they sent the same milkshakes back again 10 minutes later. Sure they were the same ones as they were still the same 3 wrong orders and we had reconfirmed the order when we returned them. Never again. Sonic is usually on point but this one is awful. Disappointed. I keep a strict diet and exercise and the splurge was in vain!
