I needed to buy a gift certificate for a friend. Went by two days in a row and they are closed with no sign saying the would be but posted hours that they should be open. Very inconvenient since I drove twenty minutes each way to get there both times. I also called ahead of time to make sure and the recording says their business hours but also did not specify that they would be closed. Regular customers are probably aware but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth for them as a new customer.
