I had an account with a credit union that merged with TVFCU. Once my account was owned by TVFCU I was immediately charged with fees for paper statements. I had received no notice of these fees nor received any communication on how to avoid them. I went into a branch and was signed up for electronic banking, but no one offered to refund the fees.
Fast-forward a few months — I received a statement in the mail with new «inactivity fees». Again — no notice, just money charged. This is fairly ridiculous.
They might have good customer service, but their fees add up. Park your money elsewhere.

Great bank. Great customer service. Love their drive thru and location. I really like their ATM.
This bank is located conveniently down town Chattanooga. It can be easily accessed from Market Street or even better from Broad Street. The Tivoli Theatre is almost directly across the street from this bank.

We have banked with TVFCU since 1998 and they have always treated us as honored customers. The big banks don’t offer any more services or any better service. We only wish they would open more branches especially in Ringgold, Ga.
