Love this store. My friend Patrick and I visited Chattanooga for a day trip during Memorial Day weekend and had a great experience here. We were both in the market for a new bike and Trek caught our attention.
First impression: The store is beautiful. The layout is very well organized and inviting. We were greeted immediately and felt the comfort and ease to check out their merchandise without feeling the pressure to buy immediately. Plenty of options to choose from and their staff is extremely knowledgeable on their products. We definitely plan on returning to this store again during our next trip to Chattanooga. Because of our initial experience here, it truly makes you want to purchase a bike here rather than back home in ATL.
