I haven’t had one issue with the service and have had it since August. My speeds are above 50 Mbps consistently. Bills have been as expected. I was scared to death when ordering the service due to the ratings that Xfinity is known for but I have been greatly surprised with no issues so far.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. It doesn’t matter where in the country I am, Comcast continues to disappoint. Here I am again, waiting for over 5 hours on my technician. So much for a «two hour window». I have things to do, ya know! Plus, none of the customer service phone numbers work. Every time I call I am told that my number cannot be completed as dialed. Even 1 – 800COMCAST doesn’t work. You have scrounge the Internet for a number that will actually work. This company should be completely rebuilt. You SUCK.

Horrible company. Was told by 4 different people our service charge would be taken off account. Never happened and now representatives are saying there was never even a note made in our account. Ridiculous company with false advertising. I will be switching over to Dish and will never recommend Comcast to anyone Wish I could give 0 stars

The product itself is very poor. Internet is spotty and unreliable, to say the least. We regularly clocked download speeds of 3MB/second…agonizingly slow. Their TV «service» is equally poor and frustrating. And regardless of what stations you’re promised, they change the lineup at will, and without notice. But that’s the least of it… I’m nominating Comcast for the Worst«Customer Service» in the history of customer service award. Zero respect for their customers’ time. You can easily spend an hour waiting to talk with someone in the Philippines, who will hang up if your question/problem isn’t covered in their script. They’ve promised to send a technician out three times(«We’ll be there within 48 hours», «We’ll be there within 12 hours»), and guess what? No technician EVER showed up! I could go on and on, but Comcast offers the best punch line. Their advertising campaign says«Don’t fall for EPB!» What a joke. Just try Comcast. You won’t «fall» for EPB, you’ll RUN to EPB!

I wish I could give them zero stars. We began having trouble with our cable 8 days ago. The repairman came on Thursday and everything seemed fine. It went out again and I called for a service appointment and they gave me a window of 5 to 7 on Tuesday. My husband and I were both here at 4:40 but learned our appointment had been cancelled because we weren’t there to take their third and final call at 4:29(this in spite of the fact that I had responded positively to two previous robo calls). I called customer service and was told our appointment had not been cancelled and that a technician would be here between 5:15 and 7. We were supposed to go out to dinner, but we hung around till 7 only to learn the appointment had been cancelled. I called again today and was told they’d be here today, Wednesday, at 3. I called when no one showed up and was told there was no appointment today, our appointment is tomorrow between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Who on God’s green earth has 12 hours to sit around the house waiting for Comcast to show up? If they come tomorrow, that will be 9 days since we began having trouble.

I’ve been paying for service since last Tuesday and the cable is still out. I had scheduled a service call for today and the technician failed to show. If he does not show at my new appointment time on Wed, we are canceling service. Paying the cancellation fee is better than paying the monthly rate for unreliable cable TV.
