Zaxby’s

John at the drive thru window is the most pleasant person I’ve ever experienced at any drive-​thru. Zaxby’s is consistently good but the customer service that east brainerd provides is amazing.

I am a pretty plain jane gal so each time I come I get the big Zax snack meal with BBQ and extra fry seasoning. It is consistently delicious and the people are always courteous! Also, their sweet yea is, in my opinion, the absolute best!

We’ve been traveling through Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and we’ve finally come upon a Zaxby’s at a mealtime! We’ve been seeing their billboards for days so anticipation has been running high. We ordered an assortment of sandwiches and they were delicious. One of my kids had the boneless wings meal and it was really small. That plus the nit-​pickiness of the sauces were the reasons I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. We wanted to try the different sauces to see what we liked but they wanted to charge us 25c for each little package. They traded one of the packages for a different sauce, but come on! Seriously? I just spent 40 bucks for my family for lunch and the restaurant won’t give me any extra sauce? Chick-​fil-​a is more satisfyingly generous.
