Need gas, coffee or a snack at Exit 278 on I-​40? This is the place! We stop for gas at Fiesta Mart and coffee at the adjacent McDonalds every trip. The gas is always the lowest price, it is clean, it gives you a receipt for gas (without even asking if you want it!). The Fiesta Convenient Store is nice and clean and has hot coffee, or if you’re like me, a McDonalds coffee fan (their cup doesn’t spill) great fresh coffee at McDonalds.
It is also a local gathering place for locals, which makes it even more fun! We really enjoy it, stop even if you don’t need anything!
