The rooms are old like the hotel but the owners were nice and gave us whatever we needed. The rooms were clean, nothing fancy. The staff that was doing maintenance was super nice. There were tornados in the area that night and they checked us and made sure we knew we were safe. Being from California and not used to that type of weather it was reassuring that they made us aware and kept an eye out for our safety. We actually stayed there twice this year.
