1st let me say this. I was in the shop last week to ask about getting a wheel alignment, The guy I spoke with was great. I had no issues he told me I had a schedule an appointment. I thanked him for his time and was on my way Today I called, for 2 things, 1 to make that appointment and 2, to see if they could give me an estimate on getting new wheel bearing. I spoke to someone named either Cody, or Corrie. 1 of the 2. Let me tell you, if I ever spoke to anyone the way this guy spoke to me, I’d never have a job. In fact its apparent that this company really dosnt care how there staff talks to there costomers. He asked me a few questions reguarding my car then told me that he couldn’t give me the estimate because he didn’t know the price of my wheel bearing. I thanked him for his time and as I was hanging up, I heard him call me a f’in idiot and a stupid mother f’r. Just saying Monro, I will never not only NEVER go to this location, but I will NEVER step foot in another Monro Muffler EVER again. You’ve completely lost me, my friends and family for life. Manager took me into the shop and showed me exactly what the problems were(broken springs). They did the work in a couple of hours. Good customer service. Decent rates.

customer service is bad. they won’t talk about any problem with customer. don’t accept coupons if given while repairing and before billing. didn’t address the complaint about tail lamp. need to talk to them again to get is fixed.
