I had a mixed experience with this particular place. I didn’t realize they have another location until I walked in there. They got good reviews on Unilocal so I had relatively high expectations. Positives –The sitting area was very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and presentable. –The waitress was very friendly and the service was good although we were the only people in there so it could very of its busy. –I did not order pizza but my dad did and I tried a slice and a couple wings. The pizza was kind of thin but not New York style thin. The pepperoni was as it should be and so was the cheese. The sauce could of been a little more zesty it was a bit tasteless. Overall it was decent enough to eat and enjoy. — wings were very tasty and meaty. They were cooked just right. Negatives –Soda was funny tasting. –I ordered the Reuben sub and was a bit disappointed. First it says it comes on a rye sub roll which I guess is code for comes on a white sub roll with caraway seeds sprinkled on top. Second the sub itself had cold spots in it. I don’t think they warmed the sauerkraut at all or just made it too early as we waited for the pizza. –someone else ordered the stuffed shells. They were very small and in a pool of sauce probably to cover up for how small they were. Overall I was impressed with the wings and enjoyed the pizza. I would probably go back again however by no means is it my favorite pizza place.

Not great. Wont order from them again. You can tell they don’t use quality ingredients… The cheese tasted funny and had a weird texture.

I have heard a lot about Chuck’s North Street when people mentioned their favorite Buffalo pizza places. I was excited to see that Chuck’s was opening a new place on the Cheektowaga/West Seneca border. After having a menu(shares it with North Street location) stuck in my door, I ordered twice for takeout over the last couple weeks. Service on phone was friendly and clear. Picking up my orders, I was greeted and cashed out promptly. Food was ready early on late Friday afternoon in just 20 – 30 minutes. They have a nicely appointed dining area inside which was clean and comfortable. A couple of TVs with sports on, and you could have a nice night out. Not sure how often/fast service is at it seems to be mainly a take out. I was really impressed with the first pizza and wing combo that I picked up, the small pizza was very generous in size. Perfectly cooked crust that was not too doughy, but still had that golden crust on the bottom, lots of high quality cheese, and a good amount of mushrooms. I like the variety of types of sauces, and Chuck’s hit the spot. The wings they have are the huge roaster ones and were cooked perfectly. I got medium and they were fine for a hot sauce wimp like me. Ordered some onion rings and they were just generic frozen ones, but got a good amount for under $ 3, except no ketchup or dipping sauce included. I ordered a couple weeks later and got a small chicken finger pizza and another order of wings. Wasn’t as enthralled. Not a ton of blue cheese on the crust and a minimal amount of cut up chicken fingers so only got 1 – 2 small chunks on each bite. It was ok, but I wouldn’t order it again for the price($ 14.99 for a small). Wings this time were cooked a little too much for my liking compared to my first order. I will order again, but stick to the regular pizza and hope the wings are a little less overdone. Nice to have some more selection in the area.
