So it’s the Pottery Barn, what can there be to say about it. Overpriced furnishings and things, right? Well, okay that is true but the staff at this PB are particularly helpful. I have been struggling with trying to decide on a couple of rugs for my house. Finally fed up with the low quality IKEA rugs that just seem to attract dirt, I did some research and decided to buy them at PB. After finally determining what I wanted though, I was very sad to go to the store and learn that the rug I wanted was no longer available. Dianne in the Design Studio went above the call of duty and called around to other stores and finally found me one — and it was even on sale. This at least made up for the fact that they were advertising a rug(on the website, in their catalog and hanging up in the store!) that they stopped carrying. I also learned that they have free design consultations — they’ll even come to your house. If I class up my life a little, I might even call on them…
