Pottery Barn

So it’s the Pottery Barn, what can there be to say about it. Overpriced furnishings and things, right?
Well, okay that is true but the staff at this PB are particularly helpful. I have been struggling with trying to decide on a couple of rugs for my house. Finally fed up with the low quality IKEA rugs that just seem to attract dirt, I did some research and decided to buy them at PB. After finally determining what I wanted though, I was very sad to go to the store and learn that the rug I wanted was no longer available. Dianne in the Design Studio went above the call of duty and called around to other stores and finally found me one — and it was even on sale. This at least made up for the fact that they were advertising a rug (on the website, in their catalog and hanging up in the store!) that they stopped carrying.
I also learned that they have free design consultations — they’ll even come to your house. If I class up my life a little, I might even call on them…
