Representative here was making fun of me, and telling me I don’t know what I’m taking about when I asked her for the 500 MB plan. Told me to «shut up» and let her «do her job.» If she was just being playful, I wouldn’t care. She was pissed. I said nothing disrespectful to her. I already looked things up and had decided on the plan. EXTREMELY disrespectful. I am not an easily offend-able person. Going to be filing a report against this representative. Her name is JOY. Try to avoid her. Sorry to the other employees at this store who are respectful representatives.
