Coming back from Cake Crazy I decided to go a different direction. Stopped at a light I saw this Home Depot. HD was on my list of stops so I parked and came in.
I did a walk around looking for a rain barrel and did not find them. So I looked for an employee to ask. And looked.
Finally found one inside who was not sure and then he asked another employee who points me back outside. Neither offered to help me actually find it or determine if they even had some.
I will comment that the gardening plant and flower selection here was very good.
2 stars for lack of real help.

Wow. this is the best Home Depot trip to date. I always forget to check in. but because it was not packed during my lunch break, I got in and out lightning quick. Had time for a Mighty Taco run too.
Layout is different than my regular store, but I found what I needed without a problem.

Unfortunately the store employees at this location dont understand their own policy on using the military discount. Whats worse the cashier didnt even know how to identify a military id card. I was made to feel like a criminal while she pulled out a booklet in a feeble attempt to learn what she should already know. This is the only Home Depot that has treated me this way and for sure I wont be coming back!

They carry a lot of things but I had trouble getting help too many times and don’t try calling for anything. You will sit on hold just about forever and when you finally do get someone, hope it’s the right dept. or you will be on hold yet again.

This location seems to have an over abundance of staff on at all times. Your always greeted and asked if you need help. This is good and bad. Sometimes I want to get in and get out without being bothered by anyone. If your the same way this isn’t the Home Depot for you. They have a good selection much like any other Home Depot however they are all slightly different. Why can’t they make them universal throughout the country?

They are so helpful at this particular Home Depot it’s incredible. What else can I say, its a Home Depot but, it’s clean, well stocked with a very accommodating staff.
