Terrible. My husband and I will no longer come here even though it is the most convenient for us. Too many orders that are wrong. Coffee should not be that hard to prepare. Sandwiches that are haphazardly made. The workers act like they just don’t care. I work too hard for my money to throw it away here.

as a diehard tim hortons person, from canada this location sucks they need to do a relay team so far as the serving process one person takes an order at a till, and one other person gets the order ready, or multiple people to get the job done instead, this tim hortons decides to have the same person take the order, and then process the food/drinks…did i mention WITHOUT gloves? so you take the money that who know who has handled it, and then make my order? FAIL big time cant understand why this location had a line up for the duration of the time spent in the mall

Compact: Typical TH, many registers and 6 – 8 small tables to sit at. Some counter seating as well looking out on the mall. Expanded: I am not usually found in Tim Hortons in the US. When in Canada I happily come here. However this one is in the Walden Galleria which has no Dunkin. So here I came early one day. I had a med regular coffee with milk, so nothing too complex for me. It was fine. I prefer the medium at DD as its larger and the cup is easier to hold, but this did fine in a pinch. Free Wi-Fi. Open before mall stores, I guess for all the mall employees and mall walkers. Starbucks was not yet open. Starbucks is just below this TH on the lower level. This place was very busy as a result. Pleasant employees. Mall parking. Not sure about hours but it was open after 9 am before 10 when I was here. 25⁄2015
