I have bought paint at Sherwin Williams before and the price is a little high but if you buy it when it is on sale it is fine. This was my first visit to this store though and they were nice and quite helpful. I was a little annoyed though when I went to pay. I had a coupon and they told me it was not good on the specific type of paint I was buying although it was not stated on the coupon and other exclusions where. A few days later they sent me an email asking for me to do a survey of my experience. I did it and stated that while the people were very helpful I was annoyed at the coupon not working on a product which was not specifically excluded. The next day they sent me an email telling me that it should have been and to call them so they could credit my account, which they did. They did not have to do anything but they did.
