THEY GET OUR ORDER WRONG EVERY TIME!!! The other day they didn’t even give us ANY salad dressing when we asked for extra (and they charged us extra). So we had to use old salad dressing from the fridge. This has happened multiple times. Then the other day we asked for crispy chicken, they gave us grilled. (Yes we heard the person who ordered say crispy). I really feel that they keep giving us the wrong order, we only continually order from here because we don’t know of anywhere else that delivers!

I have visited Zesty’s so many times for different things. Although their wait staff is young they pay ATTENTION and listen to your order. Other places don’t and the order comes out wrong. The food is enjoyable and only 1 time someone dropped the ball. I called back and was given a gift card for 10.00. They know you by name after a few orders, like your important to them which is nice. There’s a lot of sub shops in Chelmsford, but Zesty’s is the place to go. I think Bart Simpson would be proud

Tried Zesty in a pinch and haven’t looked back. Great food, super customer service and prompt delivery. I have not been disappointed yet! The Antipasto was huge, as was the grilled chicken salad. The pizza has a sauce which has a hint of sweetness but overall it is absolutely delicious. If you are anywhere near Chelmsford, skip the big name and give Zesty a try.

Good pizza, but bad service. One time, I called in 15 minutes before I arrived there for pizza order. I got there and paid for my order, but they did not give my pizza. I assumed it was not ready and waited for 10 minutes. It turns out that the pizza was on top of the oven all along and it was in the box. I had to asked them again to check my order and they picked it up from the top of the oven. They said «Oh, sorry…». I am glad pizza was good, but they seem to forget about customer.

Ordered a small cheese. Took forever. It was burned and greedy. Rude service when we asked if our pizza was ready. Not pleased with this place, wouldn’t come back again.

I can only speak about the Pizza. One word: NO! The pizza here reminded me of Celeste frozen pizza, and I would rather have Digiorno frozen pizza. Seriously, i would have Digiorno over this. I Gave it two stars because it is cheap. Maybe the subs are good…

Perfectly acceptable neighborhood pizza place. I can’t say I would ever go out of my way to get their pizza, but if you live in the area, it’s an option. Was less impressed by the subs.

Customer service is always good. Im a big fan of grabbing a slice. I recommend that you try their gelato. Such a treat!

Zesty has 2 locations, Chelmsford and NirthCgelmsord. Great steak and cheese, many other hot and cold sandwiches, pizza, and other delights. Also delivery. Daily specials and beer. Great staff great service. Reasonable prices. A must go if hear Chelmsford.

Very good subs and calzone. Their steak tip are excellent (they use Butcher Boy steak tips). The pizza is just ok.
Bunch of HD TV“s, great staff and they have gelato. It’s a chelmsford institution.
Btw they also serve beer!

Four star review for the new location. The have beer taps and a few bar stools and the inside is way nicer than the old location next to stop and shop. It’s more spacious and they have 4 – 5 nice flat screens set up. The food is only slightly better than your typical house of pizza, but its always pretty consistent and I’ve never got a bad order.

So, I’m extra happy because this new location in North Chelmsford is a swift walk from my house. Same great food here as the location in Town Center. Nice friendly staff. Very good pizza.

My review is for the new Vinyl Square location in Chelmsford, MA. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with this establishment. Staff is always friendly and the kitchen and restaurant are very clean. I have had the opportunity to try both pizzas and subs and I have to say their subs are better than their pizzas. I’ve definitely had better pizza in the area but this has become my go to sub place. Their steak bombs are really good too.

Went to new location in North Chelmsford/​Vinal square. Good parking in back of restaurant, upstairs and downstairs seating very nice and clean. Only been open for a month but appears ready to host anyone looking for a nice meal in a comfortable setting. Enjoyed our pizza very much. Only negative was that whenever anyone opened the door a rush of cold came in. Maybe one of those heaters at the doors entrance blowing down would be good.
Try it you will like it. Nice staff and good food.

Living in this area, I have always looked for a awesome pizza place to go to for an occasional lunch. I think my search is over. This place is the whole package. Clean comfortable place with friendly service. Menu is huge with so many options. Not only does it have classic options, but with different options that set them apart from other places just like them. There are many TVs in the restaurant and beer on tap. Oh and how is the food, you ask? Outstanding is all I can say. Food is brought to you which makes it much more comfortable. I will be here many more times!
