This is hands down the least efficient Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The parking lot is difficult to get in and out of, especially if you are trying to get to the drive thru. Once you are in line for that, be prepared to wait. When you get to the window to pay and pick up your order, you will get your coffee first and usually be told to pull around the front to wait for your food, which is inconvenient and a little nerve wrecking considering the space is so tight and I am always nervous someone will hit me coming in or out. I’ve tried going inside, too, and it’s equally slow, despite there always being several people preparing the food and coffee. The people, however, are nice, which gets them two stars, instead of one.

Let me start off by saying if I could give no stars, I would.
I came to Dunkin’ because I needed to get a Box of Joe for a fundraiser I am running. I went through the drive-​thru because it was about 25 degrees outside and I was in a rush to get back to my event. As I ordered the Joe, I was told I needed to go inside to get it because of a «timer» issue. A little annoying since there was absolutely NO ONE else there, but I understood that, and I proceeded to park.
I went inside to order the Joe, all is well, I pay and I leave. As I arrive back to the event, the coffee I waited a good 10 mins for was not only cold, but tasted like it was 95% water. Not only that, but I also saw that I was given FOUR cups to go with a GALLON of coffee.
I was very disappointed with my experience, considering the fact that making coffee isn’t that hard to do, and I’ll be seeking my coffee elsewhere in the future.

This weekend we stopped in at this Dunkin’ Donuts drive-​thru to buy a few coffees and a breakfast sandwich.
When we pulled up the place was busy but we quickly ordered our items. The staff had a little difficulty understanding us, but the order came out correctly.
The only true issue we had was that we had to pull to the side for our sandwich, but that wasn’t a huge issue. We will definetly come back here in the future for some Dunkin’ brews.
