On Saturday we stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts location to pick up some coffees. When we walked in the Dunkin’s area of the building was a mess and we were «welcomed» by a rude employee. The staff took forever to make my coffee even though the store was empty.
When I ordered my coffee I asked for an iced coffee with skim milk and Splenda which looked like it was made correctly, but when I got home I realized it had been made with sugar. The side of the cup said Splenda, so I’m unsure about the miscommunication.
In the end, it was frustrating that my coffee was made incorrectly because I can’t have sugar so getting sick isn’t a blast. Also, it was totally a waste of money. The staff here was terrible and again the store was dirty even though they had three staff members and an empty store.
