The manager cam is a ass. Tries to force shit on you (yes they all do but he was particularly external bad) and then keeps trying to get me to sell my phone with saying you can get (I forget the exact number) up to an obscene amount of money back for it. No I know what that means *if you trade in your bran new iPhone 6 out of the box you can get not even half of what you paid for it* they are soooo slow and unorganized. I only started coming here because my pink haired friend switched and She was so nice and helpful I haven’t seen her for over a year guess it’s time to stop coming.

Wost Gamestop ever! Line out the door only 2 people behind the registers but 3 others in store. 2nd register person leaves the register to go help another customer. Finally comes back and I make it to the front of the line, Then he answers the phone and walks away again!!! Manager and 2 other employees are in the store not helping anyone. Time to buy from Amazon from now on!!!

Whenever it comes to pick up a new game this is not the place. They only keep one or two people behind the counter and the line is all the way to the door. This place is next to my house but I would go somewhere else.

I went there 2 days ago and one of the worker name Ricky helped me out. He answered all my questions plus more since I was looking for an xbox one for my boyfriend and I had no idea what’s the difference or if I really need to get the little connect thingy with it. Overall I was extremely pleased with his customer service! :) thanks!

This Gamestop is incredibly slow… even for a Gamestop!
I have been here several times where I wanted to buy something but chose not to just because I didn’t want to wait in line. It’s *that* bad.
Other than that it seems to be a pretty standard video game store. The people are pretty friendly and they seem to hold on to some deals longer than other stores. For example, in the afternoon on Black Friday they still had «doorbuster» specials left.
