This place has the rudest staff I have ever seen. They don’t acknowledge you, and seem to take their sweet time to help anyone. And when they finally do they seem to have an attitude. I will be changing pharmacies.

DONOTCOMEHERE unless you want rude pharmacists who ignore you and strangely look through/passed you. Terrible customer service. I waited for over an hour and a half to get my prescription filled… waiting around Walgreen… not feeling very well. Mind you, my prescription had been called in prior to my arrival from my doctors office. I think all of these pharmacists need to take a course on human interaction and customer service. Get over yourselves and help the sick people feel better and not worse. I cancelled my prescription after patiently waiting forever… and will never fill any prescription at Walgreens again.

Best thing about this place is the location. Convenient on my way home from work. Pharmacy is a disaster. I’ve never gotten a prescription refilled without having to call a few times to get it taken care of. Also, the Pharmacy staff uses their own loyalty card to take your points. Probably illegal. Some of the people here are terrifying and look like they missed an audition for«Intervention». If you have to go to the cashier, make sure you’re not in a rush. There’s never more than one person working and there are always at least 6 people waiting. They’re lucky they’re in the location they are, or they wouldn’t have my business.

Poor service earlier today by the cashier. After waiting in a very long line, the cashier asked me if i had a loyalty card. After i responded that I did not, she charged me full price for valentines day candy –which was 50% STOREWIDE. She never asked me if i wanted to open a card and never offered a courtesy card. After asking if she could ring in a courtesy card, she responded that i either got the discount with the card, or I paid the full price. I said I didn’t have the card and that it wasn’t fair to have to pay full price just because i don’t have a card. She lost the entire sale from me without batting an eye and just gave me my money back and paged a manager for a void. after speaking with Corporate I was told that Walgreens has no obligation to offer me the sale price without a loyalty card, and do not have any kind of «courtesy card» so I can enjoy the sale price. My response? There is no «obligation», but if you want to keep customers you should offer the courtesy. Needless to say i’ll take my service to CVS, where I know I wont lose out on a sale price after waiting in line.

two stars since it’s conveniently located. Please stop asking me if I want your candy at the damn register.

A 24 hour Walgreens – with parking! It’s pretty standard for a Walgreens, mostly. I think my favorite experience here was coming here with my girlfriend after midnight the night before Valentine’s Day(to pick up some late night snacks) and seeing all of the various men hovering around the cards and V-Day gifts, unable to decide which last minute gift will most effectively show their love. So great.
