The pizza is good but the disorganization is awful enough to keep me far away from this place. I ordered a specialty pizza the first two times I visited this place. Both times I was telling the person making the pizza that there were supposed to be other things on the pizza. If I hadn’t paid attention, I would have gotten less than what I was paying for. If you have specialty pizzas on your menu, you should know what to put on them, or look behind you and read the sign with the toppings. The last time I visited this place, the staff was arguing about whether or not the water cup was a regular size cup or the regular size cup was in fact a medium cup. They had to walk around asking coworkers so they would know how to charge me. There are constantly staff switching from the cash register to the starting order line which causes chaos and confusion. The cashiers walk around instead of staying at the front to check people out and the orders are all confused that they have to try and piece together who ordered what before checking you out. I gave this place a chance 3 times. The disorganization is so frustrating. They need someone better managing this place. It’s a neat concept and under better management it could potentially receive a better review from me.

While I would like to highly rate this place, I cannot. The pizza crust dough is pre stretched and racked waiting to be used. The toppings are often canned or processed such as garlic which is the nasty stuff out of a jar rather the fresh as advertised. I got the the Trenton which would make any defunct tomato pie restaurant in Trenton turn over in their grave. The un-artful preparation resulted in a sloppy mess swimming in tomato sauce and flavorless cheese. The rapid baking gives a blistered crust but ingredients that have not had enough time to heat through, so forget about them being cooked! The furnishing look as if they were purchased used, scratched and stained. The men’s room was out of order so the guy who made my pizza had to use the lady’s room. A few minutes later, I had to follow finding an unflushed toilet and wonky faucet. Did he even wash his hands after not flushing? Not even the napkin dispensers that were full worked; rather ripping paper rather than dispensing. This place is a mess … And what about their carbon footprint from that continually hot oven?

I’ve never had a bad time. The employees are very friendly and Wed is karaōke night. Which is great for local teens. The employees often give you coupons and dont skimp on the ingredients.

This place is very disappointing. I went there tonight there was a young man who was very friendly and helpful. He was the only good thing about the place. The manager took a pizza out of the oven and put it on top of left over pizza that was setting on counter, this happened twice. We said we wanted the pizza well done. When the manger brought our pizza to the table I ask if she could put it back in the oven for a couple of minutes. She said no and walked away. I ask for paper plates we waited for her to return finally I had to go the counter and get our plates. The place looked dirty. The pizza was not that good it was doughy like it should have been cooked longer. We will never go back, we should have went to Panera.

I have been to this location several times, since it is right across the street from my job. This place has been open about a year, maybe a little less, and it has steadily deteriorated with each visit. In less than a year, the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. It’s actually depressing to go in there now. Today I ordered a small meat pizza. The bottom of the pizza was undercooked. The manager was sitting in the dining area on a laptop counting out the money in a cash register, and was telling a friend on the phone«how dead this place is». Very unprofessional all around. The person who made my pizza was the only bright spot in my visit. She vas very friendly and personable, and really tried hard. It was clearly a new job for her; she needed help with the register at one point. Based on how my pizza was made, my presumption was that she was inadequately trained and poorly managed. I’m sorry to say it, but she will likely need another new job soon, because I can’t imagine 1000 Degree pizza being open much longer. It was empty at 12:30 on a Tuesday, right in the middle of the lunch rush.

I hate doing this, but I have to voice my opinion, along with my frustrations from this chain establishment. 1000 Degrees gives you an option of ordering from their list of different styles of pies, to build your own! Hey now, look at this, you can build your own pie ! I thought this would be the best option, you can construct your pizza on how you’d want it. Basically you are building your own personal pie, which can be a 10″ pie(6 slices) vs a regular 14″ pie.(8 slices) Prices vary from $ 8.95 -$ 16.95, they even went and made a Gluten free one for $ 9.95. 1000 Degrees, you guys are a 2 all day long, if it wasn’t for the wings this is a solid 1. I say this because you have taken that perfect circumference, my perfect 3.14(Pi), my go to comfort food and completely dropped the ball. I am not trying to be «That Guy» and call you out on it, but I am sorry when you are rocking an oven that kicks out a «thousand degrees», the dough shouldn’t be doughy. I say doughy because it wasn’t cooked all the way, and where was that brick oven taste I was looking for? Another thing is, how can you not have any basil and garlic? I had asked for this and one of your staff members informed me you ran out of basil? I was also offered a garlic powder to be spread over top instead of chopped garlic. Please make sure you address this, basil and garlic, kinda makes for a great pie. This looked like a deep dish and a thin crust had a baby and this was the outcome. Semi thick dough, that was under cooked. You basically have a rotating heater for show if you can’t perfect this. Your pictures show one thing, but yet when you order a pie, it bears no resemblance. Neapolitan is and should be pretty close to a flat bread, with a nice semi thick crust. I don’t know maybe I am a snob, or maybe I have been to a few Pizzerias’ here and there from Philly to New York where I have experienced greatness in a pie.(Italy and Sicily is also included in that here and there) What gave them that second star was their wings. I am a wing person and it had that perfect char to it. This with their Sesame Orange types of sauces it was pretty good. It had a good crispy taste to it. I also saw what their salads look like, which did not look to appealing in my opinion. I’m sorry to say this, but your grilled chicken looks a little to rubbery to me. If I am wrong than I do apologize for calling that out . If I were to come back in here I’m probably going to get their wings, but then again there is an ample amount of options in this shopping center for one to choose from.

I don’t know why people love this place, why people order, why people eat here. The 1000 degrees in cherry hill, where the wegmans is, is utterly disgusting. I went in, just to see what it was all about. I was greeted by a kind girl, but her surroundings were absolutely appalling. Flour all over the side counter, old looking food. The counter where they make the pizzas was disgusting for a lack of a better word, the ingredients weren’t even stocked. I came in at probably 4pm, on a Sunday afternoon, 1 other person was there ordering food(bad idea) and everyone else was just walking around looking miserable. For some reason all the employees looked dirty, dirty aprons, dirty jeans, dirty hats. While looking at the lack of edible ingredients, my child said he had to go to the bathroom. Walking through a filthy restaurant, plates, filled trash, dirty tables, and the drink machine was leaking, I went into a absolutely filthy bathroom. Trash can over flowing, the toilet was dirty, there was a extra toilet paper roll on the back of the toilet, I guess if one was to run out, which it did, but it was just tacky. I walked back to the front of the counter, no smiles, no pleasantries, just filth. The only one that was kind was the girl that greeted me, but the other 3 men didn’t even notice or ask if I needed anything. Please don’t go here. It’s just… awful…I don’t understand how people could eat here… let alone enjoy it.

This place has turned into a favorite of mine and my brother. I love that they have expanded to include breadsticks(very delicious) and milkshakes in addition to their menu of create your own pizzas(no one person should have this power), salads, and wings. The staff is quite friendly, professional, and helpful.

Like Chipotle for Pizza. Interesting concept, but only 2 stars because it’s overpriced for mediocre pizza. Essentially you end up paying about $ 10 for the equivalent of 2 regular slices of pizza. It’s not bad, it’s just ok and the price pushes the rating down for me.

So all I wanted was to try the wings. The lady made my 6 wings but dropped one on the floor. Then she gave me a hard time about making another batch. So I paid for 6 wings and only had 5. Won’t be back.

Came here when they first opened. We ordered a custom line pizza, and some oven baked wings with sweet chili sauce. It was different how they had an assembly/buffet line of ingredients and you customize your pizza then its ready pretty quickly in the oven. Service was good, staff friendly and restaurant clean. I would come occasionally but I prefer king of pizza down the street for comfort Pizza food

Well, I wanted to like this place and I thought I did on my first visit… but I think I’m over this place, now. On my first visit all employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The pizza itself was good– not great. The place itself was a bit dirty but overall the experience was good. Today, the employees up front were again very professional and kind. When they made my pizza the toppings were very, very light. It was extremely disappointing. Once I sat down to eat there was either a manager or the owner discussing franchise options with someone, including numbers and figures. I felt it was very unprofessional. Shouldn’t that occur behind closed doors or before opening? I left feeling regretful of my choice to eat here. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I honestly do not understand all the harsh reviews! Yes its a new place so they are obviously going to have people training. But in their defense, they are as friendly and as thorough as possible. If you mention that you haven’t been here before, they will defiantly explain how everything works. They get busy so sometimes, you may feel rushed to complete your order but c’mon — that is so understandable. The past few times I have been there, they only had 3 people, I can see this establishment being more efficient if they hired one or two more people during busy hours. Also, I can see them thrive if there is a manager. The past few times I’ve been there, I witnessed some people being extremely sour and if there was a manager, they could deal with customer service. As for the food, I love it. Its obviously not the best pizza or brick oven pizza I ever had but it is most defiantly up there considering its not a fancy restaurant nor an expensive one. The ingredients are 4 – 4.5÷5. The sauce is above mediocre. I mean how can you complain, you can get a personal 10 inch pizza with UNLIMITED toppings for the price of $ 8.50 including tax. Some employees throw on your toppings like they don’t care but most of them take their time to make sure all toppings are evenly distributed. Bottom line, I recommend giving it a try and if you are not satisfied I would even give it a second chance. Its a new local business that I can personally see striving in the near future.

I love writing positive reviews and if you look at my previous reviews I rarely write a negative one. That being said there was nothing positive about my visits to 1000 degrees. I said visits because I had two in one… my first and my last. I walked past their employees smoking right outside the front door as I entered. A few minutes after entering the employees walked through the front door reeking of cigarettes which turned me off and then I never saw them wash their hands. The pizza came out burnt black on top and the charcoal flavor over took any other positive flavors the pizza may have had. No one said thank you to me or said good bye. I was the only one there(they had just opened 15 min. before I arrived). A little hospitality goes a long way. BTW no wifi for guests… really you think people will dine in with no wifi? I don’t see this lasting with all of the other really good pizza around. I will not stray from my go to Rockhill again.

I am giving three stars but I feel I am being pretty generous here, because I most likely would not seek out a meal from this place again. On a total whim, we decided to grab pizza and a salad to go on our way back to Philly today. The employees were friendly but it seemed like everyone was in training or something — there were more than enough people but no one really seemed to know what they were supposed to do or where things were located. For what was billed as a quick serve pizza place, I feel we waited nearly as long as any other pizza place from the time of placing our order to receiving it. At home, we dug in. The pizza was still hot and looked nice, but it was extremely doughy and not the brick oven pie I was expecting. I did really enjoy the sauce on the Trenton tomato. The ingredients were flavorful, but the pie itself wasn’t my fave. As for the salad, don’t even bother. The chicken had those fake grill marks on it and the salad was akin to something you’d get from a drive through — complete with a packet of Ken’s dressing and baggies of croutons. We tossed half of it which is saying something because I always finish the salad! Apparently 1000 Degrees is the next big fast casual concept, but I’m not really buying.

Classic 3.5 star type place. Service started off slow, but different than other pizza places where you can request what you want. Basically, like Qdoba but for pizza. Pizzas come out quick once they’re in the oven(maybe 2 minutes) and were pretty tasty. 10″ regular size is about perfect for one person, maybe slightly more. Sweet italian sausage as a topping is really good, as was the fresh mozzarella. Sauce was just OK. Prices were reasonable given how many toppings you could potentially order. If they can get the logistics right, could be very popular.

Few can fathom my love for any and all pizza, however this 1000 Degrees Pizza was insanely disappointing and unsatisfying. I loved the concept, like someone else said a «chipotle for pizza» but that’s as far as my love goes. The rest of the experience was terrible. It appeared to be overstaffed as at least 5 employees were sitting or standing around, looking bored. While my pizza was baking, I looked for a table but nearly all of the tables were FILTHY. Apparently the 5 of them were too bored to even clean a table. When the pizza came, immediately I could tell it wasn’t going to be good. The pizza was still pale and doughy, the cheese was barely melted. The edges were just barely brown. However, the worst part of it was the bottom. The bottom was BLACK and tasted like a 1000 degree oven that hadn’t been swept out and cleaned; like ash and soot. Maybe I’ll try another location, but not anytime soon.

This place is like Chipotle in the structure of how you order and move down the line. The concept is amazing! Unfortunately the new store’s execution of the concept is not yet up to speed. For a pizza that cooks in 2 minutes, 21 minutes from the time I ordered until I received my 10″ pizza seems a bit ridiculous. Hopefully they can get into the swing of things and offer the pizza in a fast casual setting as advertised before people get tired of waiting.

Very disappointing. Unsatisfactory ingredients, unsatisfactory pizza, no surprise there were only 3 other customers while we were during peak dinner time for 30 minutes. Save yourself the pain, Avoid.
