Excellent customer service from Kevin Ruiz-Berroa. Came there to add a line and trouble shoot a phone problem. It was late and we still received great attention and service. I will definitely purchase my next phone from him.

Very disappointed with the service. My friend took her phone in there to get checked out and all the tech support did was wave her phone around and said that this model doesn’t last and that she would need a new one, hence her contract wasn’t up and it would cost her $ 400.00 for a new one. My friend was appalled this was where she purchased her phone. She later found out from a friend that services cell phones was all she needed was a battery. It is sad that you can not trust the company that you have the contract with.

I typically hate buying anything phone-related…it’s always such a racket, and salespeople usually try to sell you something you don’t want. This was not the case at this T-Mobile location, I had a great experience on two separate visits within a week of each other. Both times I worked with Sean, and he helped me find a phone for my younger sister, as well as a new smartphone for me. Unfortunately my phone was having issues after only a week but I had an easy exchange when I went back in, and was able to get a different phone(myTouch 4G) that I liked alot better, no hassle, no problems, & I was in and out within a half hour. I have been a T-mobile customer since 2003 and it really is the customer service that has kept my business with them. This location has friendly staff, and usually not a very long wait. I have gone to other stores(Verizon, AT&T) with friends and been annoyed with their poor customer service and long wait times. Now it’s time to deck out my phone with some accessories… I’m sure I“ll head back to this location if I can’t find what I’m looking for online!
