I’ve been breaking out for a few months now and narrowed it down to my makeup remover so I came into this store to find some new skin care products. I had just left Sephora where they were less than helpful and was hoping that someone in Aveda could help me and better understand what I needed. A girl named Paige greeted me, offered me tea (which I also bought a pack of because it’s delicious and calming) and helped me with absolutely everything I came in for and more. She was so sweet, patient and educated on her products and was not pushy AT ALL. I hope I love all of the products so I can revisit this store frequently.

My mom is absolutely obsessed with this store. She seriously bought hair products that cost more than the adoption fee of my puppy the other day. That’s how intensely she loves it.
And, hey, I got a free perfume for my birthday, so that was cool, too.
The one other noticeable attribute of the store is its ever-​perky staff. No matter who is working, they’re always so happy to see every single customer, which is certainly a rarity.
I have to admit though: When I’m in this store, me and my $ 2-​Pantene washed hair are mostly just judging my mom.

Today I stopped in and they were having complimentary hair color and cut consultations. Amy, a senior stylist at their local salon, sat down with me and offered some suggestions on how to change my hair cut to fit my needs and lifestyle.
After about 10 minutes, she gave me a 50% off first time clients coupon to use on my visit to her salon making her normally $ 50 haircut a mere $ 25!
I have made my appointment and will review when I go!

I stopped in with my family and ended up getting some face care products. I bought face wash and exfoliating scrub. The girls who work here are so nice and friendly. They gave my wife a hand massage and she loved it. The tea they serve is very soothing.
